We purchased a used tire and a week later same tire went flat. Another tire tech at an alignment shop told me that is was a bad tire.The bigger issue was, they put on the lug nuts so tight that I couldn't change the tire to the spare and that left me stranded. I had to call a roadside service to remove the tire which cost me 75 or have it towed.

This is the ONLY used tire place my entire family goes to. But we only like to deal with the quiet bald guy (sorry I forgot his name) he is honest and gets the job done quick. The problem I have is I don't speak Spanish but he understands English so don't worry. Trust me he's the man to go to.

Should have followed my instincts shady business bought 4 “barely” used Michelin tires they looked the part. one tire did seem to have less thread but not bad I asked they assured me it’s good as all the other 3 and then two weeks passes I get in my car and I hear air coming out the same tire I had worries so I end up putting my spare on after I was hoping to maybe patch it up I hear the air but see no hole when I find it the hole had already had patch work in it black rubber glue couldn’t believe it so took it back hoping to get taken care of sadly mistaken they offered no refund nor better deal but did offer REPAIR work So unprofessional and grimy Businesses like these are what honest hard-working businesses get a bad rap from

I went to get a used tire and they ended up recommending a tire that wasn’t the actual size. They stated that it didn’t matter and it wouldn’t affect anything, but 1 mile after leaving the location a light turned on and it kept my jeep on 4 Wheel Dr. permanently. I couldn’t get back to the place for a week just because of my work schedule. I returned a week later and when I stated the issue I was having with the tires they had placed, all they said was that it was the wrong tire pressure. I had to be stern and tell them I either wanted a refund or an exchange of tires. They gave me an exchange of tires after mentioning several times it was just a tire pressure that was wrong which was making obvious that they weren’t interested in fixing the actual issue. After complaining several more times that I needed a refund or a tire exchange they finally did give me a tire change however they gave me a tire with an air leak which I had to go to a new place and get it fixed again. This place is a joke and a complete waste of money and especially time. They are inconsiderate and useless. Save your money. Save your time. Save your energy. Do not go here! I will keep updating weekly until they return my $80 that they stole from me. They still haven’t to this day.

Highly recommend this place I got a flat on Sunday morning this place was open service was great I was in and out of there with a repaired tire in less than 15 minutes. Easy to find place great customer service just be aware that it is cash only so make sure you have your cash with you
