I stood in line for someone to help me. None of the workers looked up while on the phone. Noone acknowledged that I was even there. So, I went to another part store.

Horrible my check engine light came on and the two guys that were there was very very inconsiderated he could care less about what was as going on . Very poor customer service and worst the manager was no better I pray I never ever have to get a part there ever. Horrible customer service cater to certain people.. I had better assistance from a rep from auto zone up the street where I should of gone at first..

A few employees need to be let go they were of no help and didnt know anything about cars. I had to return my part twice bc they got it wrong. Almost sold me a defective part after I had that part already installed.. it was just a bad experience. The overall look of store was clean.

I could hear the workers socialize in the back while I stood for several minutes waiting to pay behind a man seeking an obscure part with the only employee in the building that was engaged in work. I was ignored for some time but they were nice when they finally did come to assist me in my 10 second transaction.

Wonderful people. It's not uncommon that they get busy and you have to wait a bit, but the excellent customer service is why it happens. I needed a new battery so bad that the jump box they keep in the store couldn't get my car started. The employee who helped me check for a battery pulled up her own car and got mine started. She called the location down the road that had my battery and they were ready for me when I showed up. That's good service.

I went in looking for a thing that my husband needed. I was helped by a very nice man, he opened the package to make sure we were getting the right fit. But the way the aisles are signed I didn't have a difficult time finding the things I needed on my own. It was nice to have the help and a nice little conversation with the employee tho. Very nice guy. I'll go back again if I need anything automotive. Oh, and I wasn't treated condescendingly because I was a woman. Or because I obviously don't know alot about things.

I also had a few questions and they were knowledgeable and helped me make the right decision, which at the time was just to wait on purchasing anything - which ended up being the right decision. Stopped by to buy a wiper as mine flew off while driving, I go in the store and this Asian dude with glasses asked me what I wanted and I said a wiper, he proceeded to tell me that he wasn’t going to get wet and for that reason he was not going to install it, it was barely raining. I told him I wasn’t asking him to do it that I just needed the wiper and he continued to be rude, another person comes in and he’s so nice to the person, mind you he went outside to check the person’s battery. I felt discriminated against so I won’t by coming back to this location.
