The counter parts person acted like I as if I was bothering him. I asked about the part and they didn't have it. He didn't offer to look it to order or anything. If anything he should be putting parts away. His name was Loyd.

There is only one person at this store that knows how to do her job and the people here will constantly be in innappropriate attitudes and make very non professional remarks towards customers in the store and people on the phone.

Update yours hours to what your hours actually are. I've complained to corporate. I've complained to the bots on facebook. Corporate kicks it back to the store and here we are a month later and still no update on hours. Truly pathetic.

Great place to get your car parts! They have everything. Windshield wipers, motor oil, antifreeze, everything to help with your car. This one is actually connected to the M & J Auto Parts/Carquest on Main Avenue by 25th Street. Between the two of them you'll be able to find what you need to fix your car. You'll be able to find accessories like floor mats too. Even jumper cables and batteries! Plus it's easy to find and the staff is knowledgeable and friendly.

Every time I come here for something either it’s over priced and better to drive the extra miles to another store. I bought a bolt extractor set from them and didn’t end up using them so the next day I go in to try and return them and I get told the package has been opened..... then she said she could see a crack in one of the sets and that they can’t return it. I wasn’t upset cause they are just employees but at the end of the day I never used it or opened it , it sat in my car and never left the passenger side seat so moral of the story deeply check items before you walk out the store and avoid this place because this is the 4th time I’ve been let down by this facility. The last auto parts store closed because of poor management so I was surprised to see it’s the same management just different store. Save extra cash and go somewhere else because they really do have everything more over priced

I was in need of a battery and so was 80% of the community after the cold snap set in. The gentlemen working at Advanced Auto Parts on Main Ave were kind and super helpful. They not only got me a great battery with a 3 year warranty but they also installed it for free!! Definitely recommend them!

Super friendly and helpful staff!! I ordered a product online and it said it would be ready for pick up in 30 mins. I got to the store, way past the 30 minute mark, and gave them the info that was needed. They didn't have the product is had paid for, so they asked me if they could replace it with a similar one that they had in stock. So we went and looked to see what they had in stock and I agreed to do that. I was happy with the whole situation and I was quite impressed with my substitution.

Ordered on line which was good. Had core to return so called store and they said couldn't drop off for return. Checked on line and they said any of there store I could drop off. The counter person not trained proper and she took long time to do return but got done.

Great service, great people! I went in needing a new battery and walked out a happy customer. They weren't able to install it for me due to the placement of it but offered up a couple places nearby that would for a cheap price. A few hours later, I returned for the core battery refund, which paid 75% of the cost to install it at the dealership. Easy in and out, would easily recommend this location.

If you are an automotive repair business and consider using this place as your source for parts, STAY AWAY. I submitted warranty items to them with receipts and everything showing part numbers, they took 2+ weeks to tell me they threw them away and denied warranty credit. So not only did they deny warranty that was very obviously theirs, they threw away the parts so I am out that as well. District manager Caleb is less than helpful and very rude/condescending on the phone. We are 2 months out and we have not reached a conclusion. Very poor service from both store level staff and upper management. I cannot imagine a business stays open much longer with this management style.
