Jason has the worst customer service, his attitude was very disturbing, the 2nd time with horrible customer service, as I’m talking, asking questions, he is nonchalantly answering with his head to the side as if he is bothered because I’m trying to see which part my BF called abt, another guy seen this rude behavior snd assisted me, I’m not sure if he just miserable or against women or black people, but there is definitely an issue, I need a fuel pump now and will not go here or any advance, will be contacting corporate

Good parts house easy to find what I need and very helpful staff and if I can't find it they are more then happy to help. My only real gripe is supply is kind of limited, but they mainly cater to the area around them so I can't blame the parts house for that it's just a matter demographs

I went to get windshield wipers and the guy sold me the wrong one then his boss lady was so rude to me an another customer . The guy helping me had to go and ask her about my wiper and she told him that he couldn't help me he had to stay Inside the store she was to sick to be helping the customers. So he couldn't help me with the whisper blade . It was the wrong whisper that he sold me any was. I returned the whisper and i still need a new. Blade

Horrible service. Didn't want to sell a battery to my fiance. Told him the item didn't exist until we showed him the photo from the website then was a absolute jerk about it. Will not return.

We like advanced auto but today I am giving them 3 stars due to lack of service. I was advised by AAA that my battery needed replacing after having to have a jump start. I went to get it tested but their battery tester is broken. I mentioned getting a new battery and he advised it is better to get it tested which I appreciated. However he did not offer any information about other stores close by, theirs or others which would have been helpful. He could have stepped up and made a difference but chose not to.

Stopped in to get some brake pads and started a conversation with the cashier about having a family member in the hospital and being tight on cash. There was a gentleman there named Gordon who was so helpful in getting my brakes and he made my day. He gave such uplifting words and it restored my faith in humanity. Gordon seems like a humble and helpful, understanding man. Hes definitely a great addition to the team!!

Just went into the store wasn’t greeted by the two employees. Was getting some power steering fluid. When I got to pay I notice a lot of fluid on the product I had and it didn’t feel like it was completely full. So I let him know it’s has fluid on I proceed to open it in front of him to see how much fluid was in it. It wasn’t full instead of offering to switch for a full product. The manager guy was like you opened it.I can’t let u exchange for another I’m like ok whatever man. He clears sees the product missing fluid did he try to make it right no.I will never buy anything from Advanced auto again I’ll definitely go to Auto Zone.

I came in about an hour ago to shop and when I asked the gentleman at the counter for some help, he gave me negative energy. I had asked if something would be in store since it said it was available for in stock pick up online, and he rudely pointed and said “that’s what I’ve got” I just walked out. This day and age, I’d much rather spend my money somewhere that appreciates my business.

If you ever need to go to a advanced auto parts don't go to this one I went this morning cause my engine light was on when the older white guy came to check it he couldn't find it so he went back and took his coat off....I found where it plugs in at and he didn't want to come back out in the rain to perform his job......I was very upset he told me to go up the street cause I want get a print out.....that's a great way to lose a customer smh

Tim Came came out quickly and check my battery and alternator. He took the time to explain everything to me. He was very careful during the process, that I understood what was going on. He was honest and to the point. I also encountered two very helpful young man inside to work busy helping other customers. I always trust this store and the advance auto parts store in Greensboro on Randleman. Always great service. Highly recommend.

I had a battery issue so I stopped by to get a new one, upon telling the guy I needed a battery, he tried to up sell me the most expensive battery which was $250. When I asked about the lower tier batteries he told me they were only going to last for two weeks and that my reverse camera is going to drain the battery. Being a ASE certified mechanic, I have never heard such crap! Can’t fool me sir. 👋

When to buy an electric ignition switch for a customer the guy they're selling the part his name was Tim it was around 4:58 p.m. I heard the box rattling I asked him was the part broke he opened it up looked inside of it and closed it back and said no it's the screws this part did not come with screws it was broken demolished and Tim sold it to me like that I paid $67 and some change for an electric ignition switch that was broke buyer beware at Advance Auto off of West Franklin open the boxes up and check the part before purchasing now it's going to take 3 to 5 days for me to get my money back on my card I drove to the customer's house with the broke part when Tim knew it was broke in the beginning. It cost me gas money and over an hour of my time

Customer service was horrible! The young male sales rep wasn’t very helpful and they locked the doors at 8:52pm while they saw myself and another customer in the parking lot putting what we just purchased in our cars. If we needed something additional we would’ve been screwed while they watched because the sign says the store closes at 9pm I understand it was only 8 mins earlier but at least make sure your customers are good first.

very helpful the young guys there helped each other were very respectful and handled a rude customer with kindness having her leave happy so they showed her pictures of a part she didn't know how to read but new what it looked like and the two young guys showed her a few pictures while she described the part and she saw it purchased left happy it was a map sensor I put it on her car and she was so happy worked perfect James and Autumn were very helpful need more workers like these two
