I would like to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received at Advance. On May 15, 2024, at 7:00 pm, I visited the store with the intention of purchasing a few items.Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. Upon my arrival, I patiently waited in line for approximately five minutes, hoping to be acknowledged by the staff. However, despite the presence of two employees at the register, who were attending to other customers, they failed to inform me that they would assist me shortly after finishing with the current customers. As a result, I made the decision to leave the store and took my business to Auto Zone, where I received exceptional customer service. Regrettably, I have no intention of returning to make any future purchases at Advance.

My husband was stuck at a gas station with a dead battery. A wonderful gentleman named Logan came to him and brought him a new battery. Excellent customer service and very timely. Highly recommend this particular location. If I could give more then 5 stars I would.

I purchased a battery with warranty at another store and it just happened that this store was closer when my car died. I arrived at the store with the proof of purchase and warranty the agent that helped me informed me that he could not due the exchange due to system not letting him , he didn’t even try another computer, he called another store and referred me to them but when I arrived on site they informed me they never got a call. I understand that processing the return or exchange affects the store but why offer for a customer to pay for warranty if all locations are more concerned about the negative impact rather than helping the customer. Thankful the other store was able to help

Today was a textbook lesson on how you are an effective manager. I went on to the advance Auto parts app and found a part for my truck that they had in stock at this particular store. It is 5 mi away from my house but it was the only one that had it. Purchased and then made the trip and when I got there they could not find my order because the part was actually not in stock. I looked online and saw that they had another part that cost a little more money in stock. Chris the manager on duty made it happen for no additional fee. Effective managers solve problems by being apologetic when needed and accommodating always. Good job Chris I was willing to pay the difference on the part and instead you got a customer for life.

It’s storming really bad and the gentleman at the store gave exceptional service he helped us with a great discount due to competitor’s pricing and he didn’t care about getting wet during the storm he also helped us out the battery in. I purchased an AC Avalanche Freon can online and drove 30 minutes to pick it up. When I arrived, I received a can that was only half full, which was verified by the staff. I was later assisted by Jesse, who refused to honor the price I originally paid for another brand of the same size. He told me, and I quote, “If you don’t like it, you can go somewhere else.” Extremely poor customer service and very unprofessional behavior.

I want to give a special thanks to Chris H at the front desk. I came in needing a battery and sort of in a rush because I needed to make it into work on time. Not only did Chris help me test my battery quickly, but he also figured out which one I needed and helped me with installation. I was in and out of of the store in no more than 20 minutes between the battery testing and installation. As long as great workers like Chris are working there I will always shop at this store for all my car needs.

Let me tell you about the excellent service I received at this advance auto parts. Chris Hernandez is the manager there Jesse Espinoza actually made the sale for me and Kenny Borman and Jose Riddick Rivera all part of the team I came to buy some Rainex they gave me some paper towels to put it on when I was putting it on it started drizzling the manager had came out and noticed I was putting angles you need more paper towels go tell my guys to give you some more paper towels otherwise it’ll smear, I went and got some more paper towels. The manager actually helped put it on what excellent service what above and beyond service so if you’re ever in the area, make sure you come in and see these fine gentlemen, the service is beyond comparison.

Being that I'm a woman it's really hard going to places like Auto Parts stores and car dealership because we're often due to the fact we have little knowledge of parts we need for a car. Today Martin F was the customer service person who helped me and he was really amazing .He took the time explain to me the part that I needed and check my battery.He also found the sister stores that I needed to get the other things I needed.
