Always quick and efficient service! NO EXAGGERATION....I went at 7:30am for an oil change...was first person in line and was out by 7:50a which included paperwork and payment. THIS IS WHY I ALWAYS USE THEM. NEVER HAD AN ISSUE. Never take more than about 30-45 mins to get an oil change. I recommend this place to anyone who is sick of long waits, crazy prices, and wants to avoid someone trying to sell you things you don't need/asked for.

I have had work done to my car here for about 2 years. It seems that the service just goes down over the years. I had my fans replaced here and my entire ac system changed as well. Altogether right at $2000.00 worth of work done. I came back cause my fans were not working again causing my car to over heat and they acted as if I never even been there. They systems were down so they couldn't look up the service. I was told the manager would call me back in 10 mins. 3 days later never called. I called back they said he will call me that day never called. Until finally I guess the bald head guy that runs the front got an attitude and told me to just bring the car in. He has bad service and attitude after they fix my car for good this time I won't be back and will warn all friends and family members to never come here. I would leave my car on the side of the road and buy a new one before coming here ever again.

Best Auto Repair in Memphis. I trust these men. They will always be honest with you. They have worked on several of my cars. Simply the best. Ask Mr. Mike at the desk he will tell you the truth. Dropped an Engine in my car 3 months ago not a problem since.

I normally have good service getting my oil changed here, however, last week they did not put the oil cap back and the oil splattered all over my hood and engine. My engine look brand new before I got my oil changed. I took it back after I saw smoke coming from my hood. I did not get an apology, we'll steam your engine and hood, we'll give you credit for another oil change in the future, nothing. Just, " give me your keyes". My husband asked the tech person to please clean ask much of the oil as possible. The manager had no class manners. Very disappointing.

This place is great! They offer a nice selection of services, and the mechanic at the front desk is very informative and respectable. The wait time isn’t bad at all and the staff is pleasant as well. This shop offers oil change starting at $20. However, depending on your car, it might be a little expensive.

Horrible experience. Brought my car in for a diagnostics. The man at the front counter wouldn’t even see my car and told me to take it to the dealership. I explained to him they’re really backed up and I just need to at least know what all is going on with it. He refused to do it and argued that it’s nothing he can do for my car if it’s an issue with the motor (without even checking first). we don’t even know what’s going on. Only thing I told him was that my car was smoking under the hood. He wouldn’t even check it out, just turned me around at the counter. I will never recommend anyone supporting this business!

I went In for an oil change today 2/7/2024 . Soon after I left my 2017 Durango GT quit on me . I call them and told them my car just quit and this never happens before . They told me to get it towed back up there and if it’s something they did they will pay for the tow . After getting it towed they checked the oil and never let the tow man drop and told me it wasn’t anything they can do take it to dodge. They didn’t pay the tow man and told me I had to leave after messing my truck up . This people are low down and never tried to see what the problem was they didn’t care or even try to see what went wrong with the oil change. Do not go there I’m looking to sue because I had to pay the tow truck and have to pay somebody to see what they did to my truck . My contact the new as well I can’t believe this happened to me today .The white guy at the front counter is rude and has no customer service he walked on and didn’t want to help me while I was telling him what they did to my car and started talking smart when I told him this never happen before.

I had been taking my car to this place for the last 4 oil changes and I took it on yesterday and the guy at the front got my keys and they took my car to the back… lifted it then decided to tell me they don’t do 2020 Infiniti anymore… well he saw I wrote it on the paper. He should have turned me around at the door, not take my car to the back… Took my car to someone today and he told me the last person that did your oil change DID NOT PUT ALL YOUR BOLTS BACK ON AND YOUR PAN WAS HANGING FROM UNDER THE CAR! So the reason they really didn’t want to touch it is because they messed it up in the first place! Horrible things to do to people that work hard for what they have and a place like that with no integrity should not be working on people’s vehicles! That is a shame and disgrace. I will never go back again! If they had a zero I would gave that.

Got my oil changed yesterday at this place and the guy never asked what type oil I wanted. Come to find out they put synthetic blend in my Volkswagen and all I use is full synthetic. I never had any problems out of my car. Today my oil light came on. It stated something about oil pressure and car cut off. So I checked my oil. There is no oil in it. What a shame. I would never go back.glad I used my bank card so that I can dispute this charge. What did I pay for. There is no oil in my vehicle. What a waste.

These men purposely put a hole in my oil line, when I only came for an oil change, then tried to charge me 700 it fix it... LADIES PLEASE BE CAREFUL W THEM!!! THEY only saw a young black lady in a Lexus and tried to get over!!!!

I'm a long time customer, I took my vehicle's in for oil change's. Started getting more work done, and that's when the trouble began. My car needed a tune up. They told me I needed a engine. I took my car to another shop, it's runs fine now! People stop going there! Ex- customer for life!! The guy at the front desk is Mike , he took over when they changed management! It's been down hill every since!!!

Been coming here for years getting my oil changed and minor services/repairs. Came in today to get brakes. Was told I needed front and rear pads and rotors. Told him I would do the front pads and rotors today and an oil change. In the process of doing my brakes, they broke a part on my front bracket they claimed was “no good” prior to them breaking it despite all the parts on my car being in one piece prior to their handling. Rather than accept responsibility for breaking the part they broke, they coerced me into paying $98 additional dollars for a brand new bracket (despite the slider pin they broke being a $10 part) because they had already taken my car apart and I couldn’t leave with it without them finishing the repair. Lost a long time repeat customer and I will be reporting them to the BBB.

I rushed here from work at 4:00pm and I arrive well enough in time and everybody's went home early! Disgusted isn't the word. They usually do a great job but I needed my oil changed before the next day due to traveling to Texas...now I have to find somewhere else. I depended on them to do the correct thing with there time and quality but they closed early.

I was under my car, changing my O2 sensors and realized I had a leak coming from the oil filter because it was not screwed on tight and this was the last place I had an oil change at, not happy about that recipe for disaster

I’m giving them a one star because it just seems like they truly don’t want to work .. they close wayyyy earlier than they should .. either I come and they are on lunch breaks forever or closed … regular businesses work up until the time of closing or at least stop 30 minutes before not far before that !! It’s super annoying to consistently come to get an oil change and you aren’t available well before closing time. Then they are always screaming “short staff”
