This place was great! I was in Worcester for the day and my driver’s window came off track and was stuck open in an angled position. After calling a major glass chain who told me they couldn’t help me, I called Affordable Glass & Repair. They had me come in right away and they fixed it super quickly. Not only that, but they completely vacuumed out my car while the window was being fixed. Fast friendly service and a fair price. Super thankful to these folks. Highly recommend!

My driver side window was stuck open. I came to Affordable Auto Glass and repair to see if they could fix the problem. They were very helpful and super friendly. They took the door panel off of the car and showed me what the problem was. They closed the window by hand, so that the car was rainproof, until the part they ordered arrives. These guys are the best! If you have a car window problem, these are the people you should call! :)

I just had the most fantastic experience with Affordable Auto Glass in Worcester! One phone call and all my worries were over! Everyone there was friendly, kind, efficient and knowledgeable. My van window was fixed like new the same day and only hours after I called for an appointment. I chose to drive over to the spacious shop, but I could have had them come out to me if I had wanted. Before I knew it my new window had been securely attached and the broken glass that had been making my sliding door unable to work had been removed completely fixing the problem! They even charged me $100 less than I had been quoted by a larger company who told me it would take 2 weeks to get my window! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 I urge anyone reading to support this Wonderful local business! 🌻

I googled “auto glass repair Worcester” and this place showed up with high ratings. I decided what the heck I’ll try them over safe light. Scheduling was easy. I even missed two appointments because of my work interfering and they graciously rescheduled me. The job was done quickly. Everyone in the shop was friendly and welcoming because you kind of sit right in the work area and watch them work right in front of you. My car was vacuumed and everything placed neatly on my passenger seat (anything I forgot to move). I wouldn’t hesitate to give them a shot and bring business to a local Worcester business and not a national chain. Good work man ship!

I bought an 85 Corvette for cheap and it needs a lot of work. One of the many things was replacing the windshield. Dave was willing to work around my schedule (I work nights so it's hard to find businesses that are open later), and then took the time to make sure every piece of trim and screw were taken off, cleaned, and accounted for. Once the windshield was removed he cleaned up the frame, sanded, and re-pained the whole thing to make sure no rust ever formed. Mind you, this is all in places you can't even see once the car is back together. He took the extra time to make sure that anything he touched was going to be 100% when I left. Not only do I suggest that everyone use these people for their standard glass replacement, but in particular if you have an antique and are looking for someone with decades of experience that knows how to work on older cars, I highly suggest Affordable Auto Glass.

I recently had an excellent experience with Affordable Auto Glass & Repair. After calling late on a Saturday afternoon, I was pleasantly surprised to receive a fair price quote right then and there on the phone. The following day, I received a call back to confirm our appointment for Monday morning. The communication was fantastic throughout the entire process. I was kept informed about the arrival time. When the techs arrived, they were incredibly patient and professional. I had misplaced the key to my vehicle, but despite my own anxiety over the situation, the technicians remained calm and reassured me that it wasn't an issue. (I found the key!) The repair itself was completed in about half an hour, showcasing their efficiency and expertise. They also went above and beyond in terms of cleanliness, ensuring that everything was left immaculate after they finished. This is my sons truck with lots of things broken on it and they even smiled through that! Overall, I am extremely happy with the service.
