Chris is the man! So helpful over the phone. Got the AC running, and had parts in hand when we arrived in Amarillo. Fixed all three issues. Fair price, honest man. Couldn’t ask for more.

Lost power to 2 air conditioners and refrigerator. Called After Hours RV and he arrived in less than one hour. Very efficient and friendly. Fixed everything in about one hour. Great service for our 2022 Thor Ace 29.5 class A.

We were really impressed with the service. Chris explained the repair as well as provided extensive information on our RV and how the systems work. We have been on the road for 2 years and this is the first mobile RV service that has been exceptional! If you are in the area and have a problem give him a call you will not be disappointed.

We were on our way to Las Vegas from Indiana when we pulled into Amarillo late at night when our auto level failed on our RV. Tried to call a bunch of places with no answer on a Saturday night. Found After hours RV and they answered the call! What was really cool about the owner of this business was he tried to troubleshoot the issue over the phone. We weren't able to resolve the issue over the phone and the owner himself came to the campsite and got us fixed up. Wow is all I can say. You just don't find or even hear of customer service like that anymore. Without Chris we would have been stuck in Amarillo for probably 2 days. I can't say enough good things about this company and the owner. I would HIGHLY recommend this business to anyone needed any service done on their RV. Very impressed!!

After Hours RV graciously resolved my questions about our Jayco Featherlight RV. We feared the worst thinking we had a leak in our fresh water holding tank. After sending pics over the phone and talking me through each step, our supposed leak turned out to not be a leak after all. The water holding tank was full and the water was draining in the ground from an overflow hose. Now I feel both gracious and a little stupid, but grateful for the RV use education I received from After Hours. Please give them a call for any mobile RV service you might have. Chris, if you're ever in the Oklahoma panhandle and need a good night's rest, look us up on Facebook at Dusty Acres Homestead, and you're entitled to two free nights stay in our 3 bedroom, two bath, Earth Shelter nightly home rental. Glad there are still knowledgable people willing to help others in need. God bless!

Chris responded to our telephone call in less than 30 minutes. He showed up at the appointment as scheduled. He efficiently diagnosed and corrected the electrical problem. As well as the air conditioning problem. He thoroughly explained what he found and how he repaired both problems. His charges were very reasonable compared to an RV dealer.

Attempted step repair on 3019 Tiffin Phaeton 40AH. Chris charged $230 for service call and about 30-40 minutes of wiring repair due to a blown front tire. The step motor and controller were shot and no parts were available. He actually screwed up more of the wiring than he fixed. To keep the step up he opened the wiring harness and cut wires instead of just unpluging it and it cost me more to get another tech to fix it. He also grounded the wire that went to the off/on switch on the control panel and even when the motor and controller was repaired by another tech the step off button would not work until he finally found where Chris had cut the wire and grounded it. After it was reconnected the step worked as intended.

Chris is awesome! I needed to haul some horses to Lubbock for a horse show and the night before I left I noticed my AC wasn’t cooling in my living quarters. Chris got the parts and moved his schedule around to make sure I was on the road by 10 am that morning! He’s worked on my LQ for a couple of years now I won’t let anyone else work it! Everything is always done to perfection! Thanks Chris I won’t trust anyone else! Your the best thanks for being so good to me!

After a major hail storm, our insurance barely gave us enough to repair the damages. We hired After Hours RV for repair and submitted a new estimate supplement. Insurance drug us through the ringer, sending out 3 separate “investigators”. Chris was present for these investigators and handled calls on the business side as well. The battle ended well in our favor, but it was the diligence and integrity of Chris who kept showing up to the fight with us. Even if we would have lost, he would have been the one I called to fix the damages. Give him a call for your RV repair needs.

Chris was WONDERFUL. Literally the best customer service my husband and I have ever seen. Chris answered our texts and called us back immediately, at 9:30 at night. Our batteries weren’t powering our RV like they should have been, and he not only FaceTimed us to walk us through the entire process to fix our system, but helped us understand how our system works in case something similar ever happened again. When that fix unfortunately didn’t last (because we had completely blown out our batteries), Chris met up with us the next day to inspect and diagnose the issue, and recommended just where we needed to go to find the replacements we needed. Chris, you are a huge blessing and we are so grateful for you and the work you do.

We were returning home from visiting our daughter in Arizona and camped overnight in Amarillo. When we went to leave, our front passenger jack would not retract. I found After Hours RV on a google search and called. Chris was on another service call, but said when he was done, he would head to the campground. He let us know when he was on his way and was able to get our jack to retract so we could continue home in a timely manner. Thank you!

Chris is a great diagnostician. He walked me through fixing my own heater over the phone, thus saving us from a huge detour in the middle of our month long camping adventure. Our heater stopped working in the middle of the night and I did a lot of googling to figure out how to determine the source of the failure. I was looking for a replacement electrode and found his number and thought I would try him. He was more interested in my problem than providing a part. It's a good thing too. My diagnosis was wrong and Chris was right on target. He even walked me through fixing it ON THE PHONE! with no need to buy a part. He's one of those guys who likes to help people if he can and it's wonderful that he provides his knowledge, experience and patience like this. If you're in trouble in the Amarillo area and he's available, he will help or point you in the right direction if he can't. With so many angry people with unrealistic expectations in the world today, it's a pleasure dealing with someone who has domain expertise and a pleasant and helpful attitude.

We were traveling in our motorhome from Tampa, FL along Route 66. It was extremely hot outside over 100 degrees. We needed to run the generator not only to keep us cool but more importantly our dogs when we hit a tourist attraction where they weren't allowed. The generator would sporadically run and stop. It was previously looked at and "fixed" by two places. We called so many places along our route and then got a hold of Chris in Amarillo. He immediately new what was wrong with it. We scheduled a time for him to fix it and were able to continue on our way. He was very helpful, gave us tips to help with the generator and said we could call any time if we had questions. He was honest and trustworthy. In a situation like this so many places would have overcharged but he didn't. His prices were fair. He was truly a blessing.

I just had the most refreshing customer service experience I have ever had; and it was with Chris on the phone. We live full time in our coach. While passing through Amarillo we had a Dometic air conditioner issue. In less than 2 minutes of conversation Chris diagnosed our problem and provided us with the proper way to proceed, even though it would not lead to our doing business with him. If we are ever going to have work done on our coach in Amarillo, we will certainly be using Chris at After Hours RV. Thank you Chris!

I was in a real bind with a wiring issue with my house batteries on my coach. We were on the way from S. Texas to Colorado when the problem became clear and we still had 5.5 hours to go in our drive. I called Chris, the owner, and he took care of us quickly and had us back on the road in no time. He was able to rapidly diagnose the issue and knew precisely how to resolve it. Chris was a super nice guy to work with also and I love supporting a veteran! You won’t be disappointed.

We called After Hours Rv around 7am and Chris called us right back. I have a class a motorhome. Had Chris come out for several issues. Mainly a charging issue. He asked for money up front for parts then took about a week longer to install than promised. He charged about $600 for caulking. He was supposed to touch up the roof. When he replaced the inverter he was supposed to make repairs to roof that day. He collected all his money and didn't touch the roof. I called him and he did come back out. Now several weeks later I'm having issues with my generator. Chris promised to come out but didn't show or call. I called him the next week he again promised to come by. He again didn't show or call. I would not recommend this company to anyone. I think there are better options available.

Chris was AWESOME. We were stuck without lights in the house of the RV in the rain. We called him and he came out in 20 minutes. He trouble shot the problem and found that there was a wire not connected. He connected it and the problem was solved. Thank you Chris for Making Our Vacation Great Again.

Chris was so super helpful. Did his best to help us repair our RV fridge over the phone. Sadly we just didn’t have the tool we needed to make the repair ourselves. He showed up really fast, even though he was already closed for the day. Also, it was a Sunday, time for family and not work!! He made the repair quickly and we now have a cold fridge. Although the internet was confusing, saying he was 24 hours the first time I looked him up, the second time it had specific hours of service listed, and even though it was late he still came out to help us. He is a small business owner, just him trying to get to all the needs in the area. We were very pleased and highly recommend.
