2nd time I've had my truck repaired by Aiea Collision, both times were the other parties responsibilities. The first time the other parties insurance company was very helpful and efficient and arranged for the repair estimate and a rental car (I think very highly of this insurance company). The staff at Aiea Collision was very friendly and helpful. The second time I had to wait 3 months before getting a confirmation from this local island insurance co. Thanks to manager Scott's follow-up and his staff, it took less than 3 days to have my truck repaired. With their partnership with Enterprise rental car, the total experience was actually very pleasant, which was my experience the first time. Great Job!! Have already recommended both this company and also the insurance companies!!

Had to wait over 6 weeks for appt but I figured that must say something about the quality of work they do. Plus they were moving. New location is a little harder to get to and less convenient for me however the staff is amazingly great. Friendly happy (even after their big move) and informative. And they were quick! They had my car done early (2 days early)! The only reason I didn’t give them 5 ⭐️ is I just got the car back and haven’t had a chance to see if everything is working ok. No pressure friendly what more could a person ask for!

Took awhile to get the car in, but worth the wait. Great work on the my Mustang GT. I think their Team is the best in the business. The shop was clean, all bays working but orderly and parking lot was without clutter. I was quickly greeted in the parking lot, checked off, directed to the office where they checked me in, validated my contact info and and I was on my way. Got a call within 24 hours and said the car was ready. Just as efficient getting the car back. Could not tell where the damage was and they were right on with the insurance estimate. Bring your body work here. No disappointments. Top shop for sure. Tom

The costumer service here is great which I find very important. Even as a woman not knowing anything about cars, they do not patronize. The lady in the office even gave me a tip about how to pay for the damage (use a cc to get rewards points). The job on my car was well done and very quick. I only had to miss my car for 1 day.

I was very skeptical/distrustful of getting my car worked on anywhere in Hawaii, but the reviews of this place were what ultimately won me over. And I am happy to say they were all completely correct! My car turned out absolutely gorgeous and I was impressed with the customer service and how easily they worked with my insurance. The only thing a little annoying was that it took a month to get my car in the shop, but from what I understand that's how it is across the island lately and not their fault.

A very professional and reliable company to deal with, I felt relieved leaving my SUV in their hands! My experience with Aiea collision was really fantastic. I looked through the reviews and different body shops all over the island before I picked aiea and I’m so glad I did. I had a complicated situation as I somehow got in two accidents within a month and a half. Two different people hit my car around the same spot with their (two diffident) insurance companies accepting fault. As my repair date from the first accident was quickly approaching, Scott worked me through everything and helped fit in the second set of repairs. He was honestly a saint through the entire process and helped me so much through a very stressful time in my life (I also drive Uber, so my car is v important to me). My car looks great, they were super efficient with their time. They got my car fixed and back to me after the two accidents in less than a week. Even with having to repair more than we initially thought. I’m not sure if this is relevant at all to anyone, but I have a 2022 Crosstrek. It looks mint again 🤙🏽 Strong, strong, strong recommendation. Also, Scott is the BEST and thank you so much! Thanks to everyone else at the shop , as well. Appreciate y’all so much and I’m so happy to have my beautiful car back ✨✨hopefully I won’t get in another accident, but I’m not going anywhere else as long as I am still here and as long as the shop is open lol. I was very satisfied with Aiea Collision, Kahai Street. From the beginning, talking and meeting with the office people, asking a question to the technician, to picking up my car, they were very cordial and considerate. They’re friendly, helpful, and professional. It was worth it to wait about two months to get it fixed, there was other places available which my insurance asked me if I don’t want to wait to fix my car. Fortunately I decided to wait, they replaced my front bumper and side plus the headlight and it looks like original brand new car when you purchased. My advice is don’t try the rest, because Aiea collision center the best out there. Thank you for making my car as good as brand new.

Everyone was so friendly and kind from the first time I visited until I picked up my vehicle. My car was estimated to take about a week as it was being squeezed in.
