He never came to pick up our vehicle he kept saying he would and never showed up. He told us he would show up at 5 or 6 pm and never came then he showed up at 8 am supposedly and that he knocked but he didn't call just texted after he supposedly made an attempt to knock and said he left because no one answered(we live in a small house and our room is right by the front door there was no knocking also it was raining horrible I doubt he showed up) then told us he'd come back in the afternoon and again never showed up and never answered our messages . He kept doing this before he supposedly came to the house but we kept giving him a chance because we dont know a lot of car electricians but this was ridiculous. We needed our car fixed asap to take it out of the location it was at this guy was very unprofessional.

They scammed me. I took my car to get it fixed and left it for a few days and went back and realized they did nothing to it and its still the same with the same problem. They only charged me money and i wasted it for nothing.

Absolutely terrible. Never again. I went because my car A/C wasn’t working left my car there for three days and when I went to pick it up the A/C was still not working and they charged me 500$. For literally nothing. They even made a crack on my windshield and cut my gear inside. Terrible. Paid so much for nothing. I don’t recommend this place.

Horrible customer service. Drove there from San Benito (26 miles), repair shop was recommended by friend. Drove up, was greeted, explained car’s problems/symptoms with owner (?). He stated the other mechanic was more familiar with engine symptoms, would go call him. After bout 10 minutes or so same man told us the mechanic was in bathroom, would tend to us asap. After waiting another 1/2 hour or so I went up to same man, asked if we were going to be assisted, he said we would be attended to shortly. After waiting for over an hour we left, figured if their service was this poor, I didn’t need them anywhere mere my vehicle. Never again.

Absolute worst service - isn’t even worth 1 star. Do not recommend ! Vehicle was taken to them for ac issues - they broke the vehicles windshield while “fixing” the ac issue. The ac issue was supposed to be due to evap core which they quoted me at $500 with a warranty of 6 months. Of course when we went to pick up the vehicle the ac was worse than when it was taken in. They claimed the air compressor was the issue. Which wasn’t the case from the beginning so I’m sure they had something to do with that. Also they changed the warranty to 3 months which is a joke considering they didn’t even change the evap core as I’m now finding out with a legit mechanic. Please save yourself the trouble and skip this place. They also have the worst charmer service.

Incredible service! I brought my 1966 Ford Mustang here since it needed some mechanical work and no other mechanic wanted to help me. Frankie was extremely kind, knowledgeable and ready to help get this car up and running. Within a few weeks, he changed and repaired several things! He always communicated and informed me of the process. My Pony now runs and is ready to hit the road. I highly recommend this place. I live in San Antonio and would still go to Brownsville to get their help if I needed to! Thank you all at Alarcón!
