I went to get my oil change on Dec 29/23 around 730am . around 1030am I ask if my truck was ready the guy told me that the mechanic had Strip one of the nut on the oil pan.he was told me he was taking to the General manager .I also ask him that I hope he gets it fix that he stripped that they are going to fix it that that was his doing at the dodge place. But the Is specialist told me that the nut was Worn out .this was going to cost me 900.00 dollars. I told him no your mechanic did it so you'll have to do it for free.he said no and give me a long story about my truck..I call LaDonna the The general manager from Dodge the same day and the next day about 6 time to return my call and she never did..the only thing I will call is a Attorney to see what I can do for them to fix their mistake. LaDonna had all day to call me but she didn't. I call LaDonna in the morning and the evening..they need to get someone else that they can take care of the Customers and stand behind the who's make the business with them. We have bought from them for a long time and still making payment on 2 one suv.and a truck. The others are all pay from.i quest it's time to go back.to Ford again they stand behind their business and their Customers.

Had a female rep last time I dropped my gladiator off, she was much better and way more communicative than Andrew. Called to make an appointment to take my gladiator in for repair, 2nd time same issue. First available appointment was a month away. Dropped it off at 8:45am with Andrew, and didn’t hear anything from anyone all day until I called at around 4:00pm, and still didn’t get a call back so I had to call again at 5. Come to find out they hadn’t even looked at my vehicle all day. Turns out it takes 3-5 days before anyone even looks at your vehicle after you drop it off, which I wasn’t told until the next day. I doubt they would’ve ever called to let me know anyway. The first time they had my vehicle for 30 days so I’m really hoping that doesn’t happen again. I understand if they are short handed and I wouldn’t even be writing this bad review if I just got at least a text update letting me know they were keeping my vehicle so I can plan accordingly. Only positive experience so far this time was the ride home I got from the dealership.
