The perfect alternative to taking your German car to the dealer. I have taken four Mercedes there over the years. They are honest, reliable and trustworthy. No need to shop around for better servicing and pricing. Oil change was on special promotion. They also fixed steering column. Did not tilt.

Renato Mercedes is absolutely fantastic! I can’t believe I have not left a review until now but better late than never! I have been going here for several years at least.The quality of Renato’s work is excellent; they get the job done right the first time, and the turnaround is surprisingly fast. We happened to be staying across the street at Oceanside RV and our tow car decided it didn’t want to run any longer. Noticing that this shop was across the street and we just happen to have a German car, we dropped off the car, had it diagnosed and repaired within a couple of days. I went in for a routine service. Everything was completely timely and professionally. The team took care with my car (older model that is finicky at times). The service was done much cheaper than the Mercedes dealer. There was a repair item that could be done but wasn't critical and the team did not push it as must have immediately but rather watch and could be done at next service. Brennen was awesome, continuing to keep me informed and providing a discount as a return customer. I'd highly recommend.

Sent in my 2019 Audi A4 for motor mount replacements and an oil change. The service here was seriously so good. I dealt with Brandon over the phone to set the appointment and met with him face to face to drop the car off and he was very professional and personable. The other staff I talked to over the phone also was exceptionally polite. I’m so glad this shop is close to my house cause I’ve never got mechanical service quite like this. Now I experience a full-service, one-stop experience. Purchased Michelin Ultra High Performance Pilot Sport ZR, run-flats plus replaced M Series Dynamic coils and struts. Feels like a new car.
