I was run off the road and in about 10 mins a tow ruck arrived willing and eager to help. I was towed to Allied Collision Center and from the moment i arrived i got nothing but AMAZING service! They fixed my car within 3 weeks & provided me with a Rental car for the time being. I will DEFINITELY come back here! let me just say they are BEYOND AMAZING!

They slip documents to you to sign, while you are rattled from an accident, and if you ask them "I am not sure if this is where I want my car fixed, you understand?" the night manager may (did) tell you "don't worry, you haven't been given papers like that yet". Then when you try to move your vehicle less than 12 hours later, they threaten to charge over $1000 for a 5 mile tow and one overnight storage fee. BULL$hit. Also, my insurance company, Far#$er$, said that is what this place does. I was 7 months pregnant, just in a 6 car accident, and they lied to me. Then they sent the car for airbag repair when it never deployed, without insurance consent. Took almost 2 months to repair one week"s worth of work. CRiminal, shady, underhanded. I'd give negative stars if I could. There needs to be legal criminal actions against this place... I will contact legislators if anyone else is behind me!

Moe tricked me into signing off on them handling my insurance claim on my Corolla. When we first received the car back after 3 months in the shop the tire pressure light was on. Refilled the pressure and still felt looseness to the steering. 6 months later a popping noise was heard from steering. I took it to a friend and he found out the stabilizer bar link was damaged from the accident and never replaced. Funny how Allied Collision can miss something so simple and yet still manage to file 2 supplement claims with my insurance for extra parts and labor needed. These people are the worst if you get towed here make sure you get it towed somewhere else and do not make the same mistake I did and sign their paperwork.

If I could rate this lower, I definitely would. This repair shop is one of the worst experiences of my life. They held my car hostage in order to keep my insurance company paying for repairs that took twice as long and were completely unnecessary to my car. After a very long and painful process of back and forth, I got my car back over a month later and all of my belongings (including loose change) were taken. This place should be shut down. Customers beware.

If you take your car to Westwood Auto Storage be forwarned! This company is connected. They're crooked! I can come up with more reasons NOT to do business with this company than to do business with them. They were very unprofessional after I gave my car over to them to do the repairs from an accident. CONS: 1. They told me my car would be ready within the week. It took a month and 2 days. 2. Every time I called the lady on the phone would ask me, "Are you sure you have your car here?" I also seem 3. I was ALWAYS the one that had to call them to check up on the status of my vehicle. 4. They told me my car was ready after calling to check in on the status at the 2 week mark. When I came to pick it up I waited about 15 minutes for them to find my file and then they told me they still needed to go through a test run and it would be ready at the end of the next day. Then when I called 10 minutes before leaving work early to pick up before their close time they told me "Oh, no...it's not ready actually...we will have to file a supplement with your insurance." 5. I had to contact my insurance to confirm the supplement was filed and call Allied Collision to inform them that in fact the supplement request they said they filed was actually not filed TWICE. 6. I now have a dent & obvious cigarette burns on the detailing of my car. I've never smoked and none of my friends do either. There's one on my backseat that is 0.25" in diameter and burned all the way through the padding. PRO: 1. They actually FINALLY did the bumper work required to fix my car. It just took 3 weeks longer than it should have and it was very unprofessional that I had to manage their work at all times. I would NEVER recommend their services. They're an unorganized & unprofessional mess.

My car was T-boned and fortunately the tow truck company took my car to Allied. They were able to work with my insurance and me in getting the car fixed up. The work took a week longer than expected but Allied waived the entire deductible and got me into a loaner car so I was never without a vehicle. I strongly recommend them if you are ever involved in a collision.

I would recommend 100% for anyone looking for professional service to bring their vehicle to Allied Collision. They have integrity, do as they say and back their word on every vehicle. Sometimes we may have a delay in insurance claims but overall they are there letting you know the progress of your vehicle. The whole staff is magnificent. I have the worst insurance company in Houston to deal with but they made the experience a whole lot better. Kudos to Allied and his Peeps May God Bless Your Business to continue to Prosper 10 Stars

The wrecker took us to Allied Collision after an accident we had during Xmas Holidays Rush hour. Allied personnel could not be any friendlier. They repaired the car. The body work was excellent. They also replaced suspension system using all Audi parts. I took the car to Audi for routine service and told them about the accident and eventual repair by Allied Collision. They checked everything and told me that the work was good and the car is in excellent conditions. I recommend Allied Collisions for their good work and friendly attitude. I would not hesitate to take my car for any future body work and repair.

These guys are great! Every person that we dealt with throughout our experience here was more than helpful. The tow truck guys arrived to our accident before we could even get out of the car. He also helped us manage all of the chaos at the scene of the accident. Which I felt was above and beyond a tow truck drivers responsibilities. Gabby was also amazing!! We had never been in an accident with multiple cars before and she was super helpful in navigating us through all of the insurance drama and she was timely with all of my questions and concerns. Again, I felt that she went above and beyond! They personally gave us a ride to pick up a rental car. Their bedside manor is extraordinary. Reasonably priced and finished the work to perfection quickly.

If you are by any chance looking at Google Reviews while this company is trying to tow your car, tell them to leave and call another company or have them tow you to another collision center. Took them a month to repair my car with no updates and they returned my car which broke down a few days later and wanted hundreds more to get it repaired. They returned the vehicle with warning lights on and I have missing items from my car. I believe a few customers including myself have reached out to the AG and I hope this place gets shut down.

I was involved in an accident on HWY 90 where I was rear ended in a 3 vehicle accident. My 2012 Honda Civic was smashed all the way through my driver side quarter panel. I have gotten very small repairs done at Allied before my accident, like scratches and dents. That's why I decided to have it repaired there and plus its relevantly close to my job. They did a great job with the repairs, it took a little long but that was because the insurance that was at fault was a very small insurance who gave me a huge run around. but anyways, allied was awesome. The General manager was awesome and the chicks in the front were friendly. whenever i had a insurance question, they contacted the other party for me. i never had to deal with many people... so i am glad this is where i do my business.

I can't even recommend a star. This was the worst experience ever. First of all they were not authorized to repair the vehicle. Me and the State Farm representative asked what was the process to release the vehicle to be picked up and Oscar come in and sign a release and the document signed was something totally different. When you call you get two different companies. Second they lie. The receptionist is very rude. The vehicle was brought to them on January 3rd and it was not until February 27 that the car was ready. The parts used to repair the vehicle are used parts and not Toyota parts. The repairs done are not complete. They repaired a steering column and now the radio does not work. The Windshield was not repaired and the driver side door was not aligned correctly. Oscar made untrue statements, and states that it is now our responsibility to have the repair completed. If you were given the check to complete the repairs you should complete the repairs. Oscar now tells us to take it to the dealership. I am writing State Farm as well as the BBB. Fraud collision service. I will have to come out of pocket to have the vehicle repaired correctly. If your vehicle is towed to Allied please take it somewhere else.

This place is causing such a headache. I got in a slight accident which unfortunately caused my bumper to be torn off. The wrecker took the car to this location and I almost let them fix my car. Something was giving me a bad feeling, so I told them I’d give a day to sleep on it and decide after I spoke with my insurance company. They ended up putting me in a rental which was HORRIBLE. Car had a terrible smell, stains everywhere, sun visor missing, headlight out and bugs crawling out of the door frame. Once I saw that there was no way I was letting these people take care of my car. They can’t even take care of their own property. Went the next day to sign authorization for release and the reps were trying way too hard to make me keep my car there. It’s my car, and my choice where it goes. Just leave me alone already. After signing the release its been 4 business days (plus weekend) and my car still hasn’t made it to Acura. Come to find out allied is giving the towing company a hard time because they want a large sum paid in CASH from the insurance before they will release my car. This is ridiculous. I don’t understand why they would expect cash from an insurance company. I am with a good well known company they will obviously get their money. Shady shady shady is all I can think of when it comes to these people

I highly recommend Allied Collision & Auto Repair. My car was involved in a car accident where the party at fault had a sketchy insurance, and everyone from Allied Collision has been so nice since the beginning, starting by the guys driving the tow trucks, Brenda and all the customer service guys (Ahmed, Mohammed, Johnny). My car had over $12,000 worth of damage, and this guys not only did they help me get the sketchy insurance to pay, but they fixed it very quick. They are also very open to let you know where your car stand. My car looks great, I have had it for a couple of weeks now, and it has had a couple situations where the Check Engine soon light comes up, but as soon as I call Brenda, they have a great response and get whatever might be wrong done quickly. At the end, they honor the life time warranty they give you.

I wasn't planning to write a review but they just wasted too much of my time and money. If your car gets towed here, read what you sign.. I've had nothing but bad experiences here. Items stolen from car, missing spare tire (believe it or not), and to top it off they even ordered the wrong parts for my car. Oscar is a nice guy but I can't ever seem to get a call back from they guy after multiple promises to do so. Notice the reviews are only 5 star or 1 star, which one will you be? Take it for what it's worth, good luck..

I met with an accident on 59 in my Nissan Rogue, and was towed to this location. During the initial 2 or 3 weeks into the repair, I was not happy with their service (response, timely updates, pace). All this changed when I met Moe. Moe is a Supervisor there. He is totally customer oriented and a very nice person who will go the extra mile to satisfy you. He took my case as his responsibility and handled it very well. He was always on top of things and always provided me with timely updates about what was happening with my car. He interacted with the Adjuster/s of my insurance many times to get things done quick. I got my car back a few days back as promised, and the quality of work is top notch. I am very happy with the way Moe got this done. If you are at this repair shop, I recommend you contact Moe and am sure he will make things easier for you.

Thieves!! they will steal original parts from your vehicle. My vehicle was towed after an accident by Westwood auto Storage and dropped at Allied Collisions. I asked for my vehicle to be transferred to another body shop and these body shop stole my Fenders and headlights from My Toyota RAV 4 before sending it over to the other body shop. This body shop and Westwood auto storage are in collision. If your vehicle is ever towed by Westwood Auto Storage. Make sure you retain your keys and take it to the next body shop as soon as possible.

Everyone was extremely nice and made sure I was taken care of, and that everything was thoroughly reviewed with my flooded vehicle. Extra huge shout out to Shafiq their tow truck driver for helping me out of the waters during a bad Houston storm.

Please save yourself and don’t waste your time here, thanks They purposely delay car fixing and overcharge. The towing guy’s goal priority is to make money, not help you which is why they charge as much as they can at the auto shop. If I had just gone to my usual shop or any other, they wouldn’t do this. The multiple receptionist don’t care about helping, and have lied straight to my face multiple times. Rachel especially loves giving customers attitude, she’s great if you want to ruin your day! This auto shop loves keeping your car for no reason too! They want to charge you for storing it. Love it 10/10 I don’t know why I gave them a chance, but I know better now in avoiding major inconveniences. This review is to help others
