I always get treated good here. I bring 2 vehicles here for service. 1 of them is a custom built vehicle thats my baby and the guy there takes care when working on it. He wont jive you around, but he will you honestly the repairs u need without upselling. I recommend him

I and almost all my extended family that live in the Cleveland area have been going to Ally for over 15 years. Raul, the owner, is honest and does really great work. He has saved us so much money over the years that I don’t go anywhere else unless is it’s something that he can’t do at his shop! I highly recommend Ally!!!

The only thing positive about my experience is that the service was completed as requested in a relatively quick time. However, my experience with Raul today left me unwilling to return to this location for business in the future. He was intentionally vague in his initial quote to make me believe one price, confirming it was for the "whole thing". Once the job was completed, he charged double the rate saying that he was clear he was only talking about half of the job, despite not dispelling that "confusion" before we agreed to the service. The customer service end of Ally Auto-Works feels like a real scam, and only further strengthens the common misconception of "never trust an auto mechanic". If you choose to spend your money with this business, get your quote in writing prior to service to avoid any of their nonsense.

This place just tries to make a quick dollar and up charge. I have some work done on my pick up. The work listed on the receipt did not total up to the full amount in which they put at the bottom. They tried to overcharge me $162 for work they didn’t do.

Plain and simple... I trust the guy who owns this place. Straight forward ... gives you his honest opinion. For example, at my last oil change ... told me my brakes pads are wearing low ... expect to replace them in the fall. No pressure. Time to plan. Straight shooter.
