One of the few places capable of working on nearly any model of car. The shop is very clean and the associates there are are courteous. They did great work and, within a reasonable amount of time while providing downloadable estimates/inspection reports. They are in constant contact too so you never feel out the loop. Seems pricey but, I'm used to backyard butt crack mechanics so in comparison not bad at all. I can't see myself going to any other repair shop besides this one.

Our new auto care doctor 🙂 Chris was amazing and everyone we communicated with was so polite and helpful. They took my sons car in and fid an inspection. We knew we needed brakes, because he had none. That was our reason for going. I received text updates and a complete inspection with the technicians notes and pictures to show everything they looked at, whether it was good or needed work. There was no pressure to do everything all at once. They gave us time to see what the inspection found, answered our questions and provided an estimate once we decided what we wanted to do. They only had his car for 2 days and completed the work. That is amazing considering how hard it is to get parts and workers in today's world. Trustworthy and quick! Thank you Chris, Jim and all of the technicians!! We will see you soon to complete the list!

Very well-organized mechanic shop. Been there a couple of times now and the people are very nice. My problem lies with their subscription to make the most money, over a more practical approach. They are the stereotypical shop where you bring a vehicle in for a simple fix, and leave with more than you bargained for. They did it when I wanted a simple oil change, and they've now done it when I needed a simple brake pad replacement. They can fleece many in the name of "safety", but I am willing to search for a practical mechanic.

Really nice waiting area but don't be fooled by all the fancy technology, comfy seats, and think you can trust them. I was waiting for my oil change and I got a text message to confirm additional services totalling $1,183.24!? For example they said my battery was bad and a replacement was going to cost almost $400. Never had any issues with my battery before this. They didn't take into consideration that it was a cold morning, my car had been sitting for 3 days prior, I only drove about 1 mile to get there, and they had cold started it multiple times. Of course the voltage was lower than full. I declined the $400 battery and drove to the parts store where they tested my battery and it was fully charged, starter, and alternator all passed. It's been 3 months and my battery is still fine.

It was by far the best service they fixed a long term electrical problem on my Ranger and found some other issues and had it all done by the next day. The truck is used for my personal business and it has never ran better. On top of the great technical work their customer service is the greatest. All good vehicle repairs are expensive but they go through every detail with you and keep in touch by text the entire time so you know you are getting the most for your money. Jim the service manager is great and they know what they are talking about. Can't recommend this place enough, you get the most for your money here my truck never drove this good I've had it for 10 years almost it's an 08 and rides like new. No unnecessary repairs either I would've let them do my back brakes but they said they were good still and cleaned them up the front ones were the ones that needed done so you know they aren't ripping anyone off like other places do

Buyer beware. I took my F-150 here because I wanted my transmission fluid and rear differential fluid changed. When I scheduled my appointment a week in advance, I asked for those services. When I dropped off the F-150 at the night drop, I wrote those services on the envelope. Then, I texted those services to the night drop phone number. The appointment was for first thing in the morning. The first notification that they pulled my truck into a bay was at 11:30 am. I didn't get the quote until nearly 1pm. When I looked at the quote none of the things that I asked for were even on the quote, but over $1000 worth of other things were; including things they they serviced on the truck within the last year. When I commented that none of the services that I asked for were even on the quote, they provided another quote with over $1400 worth of repairs around 2:30 pm. I asked if they would just do the work that I ask for and was told that they would need the truck another couple of days. The equipment for the transmission fluid work was not available. They were still getting it shipped over from 'the other shop'. I am confused, why was it not there already? They had so much time to prepare for the work that was requested. They also have a 'standard' inspection fee. The quote even listed the inspection as customer requested. It was not. I collected my truck from them and will never go back. This auto shop seems to ignore customer requests, charge for fees not requested, and does not prepare for the work that they are requested to complete.

This the parma location with Jeff, I took my car there for cooling fan always on to get diagnosed they charge me $160 for simple 5 minutes check without knowing what they mechanical or technical doing.. I told them I replace the cooling sensor are new and thermostat is new and it was doing this issue with the old parts replace it to new parts and still doing it.. that's why I took the car there for them to check it out.. they told me my thermostat is bad .. which I just got it install new like a week ago. and I when ahead and replace it again and still same issue. I ask them if they found any code they told me no .. I took to the car to another shop where they found a code in 5 second. There mechanic or technical don't know what they doing they stole $160 from me in 5 minutes with out doing there job at all I call to get half of my money back they refuse.. and they like ripping ppl off they want to charge me $520 to replace a thermostat which it took the other mechanic like 10 minutes and I call a few places and they charge $100 to $200 for thermostat change anyway the was not the issue with my car at all.. I will like a refund back never did there job the right way..

I definitely would recommend Terry's. I requested a vehicle inspection due to some concerns with my 14 year old car. I was sent a detailed inspection with photos and a reasonable quote for only the necessary repair of a bad wheel bearing. It was same day service and no up selling pressure. I will definitely be a return customer.

Brought the car in for an alignment. My original complaint was car pulled to the left and steering wheel was down to the right. I spoke to them on Friday they said bring it back Monday and when I brought it to them, they weren’t even ready for me and car took all day to finish. When the car finally finished it had the exact same problem. Car still pulled to the left and steering wheel was still down to the right (not as much but it still was as if they never tested it). They charged me full price for this alignment ($150) and I didn’t even get a full report for the repair. They apologized and told me to come back in a couple days, which is unacceptable because I told them I had to go out of town

Glad this location closed. Their "tech" put my car on the lift wrong damaging the body and they claimed it was like that. Vastly overpriced as well.

Jim wanted to sell me a used motor for $6700 instead of replacing spark plugs and coils, like we asked. In addition, the place parks its cars in a clearly indicated No Parking Zone.

Service began at the appointed time, work was finished within the estimated period of time and it was done well. The technician took the car for a drive around the block to make sure everything was well. There were no surprise costs. I like that I was able to view the status of the work that was being done and also an estimate was sent of potential future work like changing of the air filter. I also like being able to schedule the appointment online. Makes it convenient to schedule appointments. The waiting room was clean, seating was provided as well as some sort of snacks. The owner was personable and I feel confident in going back there again. In fact, I already scheduled an appointment for my next oil change.

Came for an echeck. While the lady was initially friendly and polite, she kept the door wide open while performing the test even though it was pouring outside (could’ve slightly closed the door or moving the vehicle inside to perform the test) resulting in my entire front door and part of my seat to be wet. She didn’t apologize or even attempt to wipe it dry after telling us the echeck was finished.
