Shop repaired an issue with my transmission that could have been an extremely expressive cost. They were reasonably priced and I drove my vehicle off the lot. They were also very courteous and kind. They did get 5 stars, but they did leave my vehicle door panel very dirty. Other than that, I will recommend.

I brought my 2018 Ram Promaster in for a transmission oil change. When I asked the dealer that I bought it from what they do, I was told they "Flush" the fluid but don't actually change the filter. After doing some research, I learned that flushing tends to push the metal shavings that are inevitable in transmissions, tend to get blown back into the gears and clutches and could shorten the life of the transmission. Parma Transmission actually drained the old oil, dropped the pan and changed the filter. They even showed me the build up of metal shavings in the pan. I dropped it off at 8 AM and it was done by 10. Very happy with the service and the price. I plan on keeping this van for a long time so I will be back regularly.
