Great service. Great prices. I have taken my car here for a while on a friend's (from the eastside) recommendation. They offer options to the degree of repairs: new parts vs. used replacement parts; whether something must be repaired vs. just riding it out; they have even fixed things and NOT charged me because it was very minor. I never feel taken advantage of or scalped here. I would and do recommend this place to everyone.

I have never met a person at a motive shop as kind as the owner of Sass automotive. I tried going to a couple well known places down the street in Parma and they both wanted around $200 to just look under the hood when my car was severely overheating with my young daughter in the car. Him and his employee took us in even while busy. Thank you guys!

These guys are the best. I ended up coming to see them in a panic because of an AWFUL sound my car started making. I called them and they got me in right away. Not only did they get me in right away but it took them no time to get me a very reasonable quote for the brake work I needed. They completed the work in just two hours and got me right back to work. The customer service while I was there was wonderful and the owner really went the extra mile to make sure I didn't miss any work appointments.

On our trip we experienced a problem with an oil sending unit. When we got to Ohio my wife’s cousin introduced us to George at SASS .He made our problem a priority so that we could continue to South Carolina,his professionalism and compassion for our problem was commendable.My wife and I will recommend him to everyone we come in contact with,family and friends. We cannot say enough good about what they did for us and the more than reasonable price we were charged for the work thank you again.

George is probably the most honest mechanic I've heard of. My wife has taken her jeep there many times and he's always fare. He replaced the thermostat months ago for a fair price. Then just recently, the thermostat failed (faulty thermostat), and he replaced it again for free. He's done things like this several times that proves his honesty. He easily could have came up with another story to tell my wife and charged her $300. Thanks again George!

Sass Auto is a great place to bring your vehicle and trust your service will be met with professionalism.... not to mention wonderful customer service.... I brought my vehicle in today because there was a plastic cover hanging from underneath it and they popped it up on the lift, put two clips in place and sent me on my way at no charge.... how about that!!!!! ****Thanks guys ****
