The place was clean, professional, quick, and affordable. I had to have my back passenger window replaced due to a vehicle break in (gotta love a Kia), and the team at Auto Glass Now made this such a smooth process! I could not be happier with how quickly they were able to get me in, same-day appointments are not easy to come by. Value wise, I called about 6 different vendors and the price of my replacement with Auto Glass Now was about mid-range. Not the cheapest, not the most expensive. Overall I was very satisfied with my experience. Customer service was excellent, they got me in and out in about an hour, and even took care to vacuum up all the broken glass in my vehicle. Auto Glass Now made the process of replacing windshield very simple and affordable. Came in on a Saturday and expected to be waiting for a few hours and was in and out in an hour. The technician I believe was cory, he was very polite and knowledgeable and explained the process and made sure I was okay with them to begin work on my vehicle. & to top off the great service the gentleman at the front desk I believe he was the manager put a discount! Had an “occurrence” yesterday with a tree limb and the rear windshield (I learned it’s called the back glass…who knew 😂). Well, hubbs looked up a replacement place and got an appointment for later the same day. They were pleasant and professional over the phone and really friendly in person. That replacement was done so quickly and efficiently!! We drove yesterday and it seems great…No wind noise and they were very informative which is always appreciated. If you and a tree meet up and the tree wins against your windows…check them out 💚 oh and fyi Shauna (sorry if I misspelled) is really great! Knowledgeable and humorous. The absolute best customer service! From the very start of the conversation, they were very compassionate and understanding as to why I needed to get in ASAP to get the crack in my windshield plugged! They fully explained the plug is not guaranteed, but it gave me peace of mind that it may sustain the factory windshield from cracking further and having to be replaced! I highly recommend this company! They promised I would be in and out in 30 minutes and I was! The repair was fully covered by My comprehensive insurance coverage!
