These guys are awesome! Did an ignition coil upgrade on my 2001 Audi S4 and broke some unknown vacuum lines in the process resulting in bad misfire. These guys fixed me up and the price was extremely reasonable. 5/5 would recommend for older euro cars.

I took my car here to get a coolant leak fixed. Staff was consistently rude and unprofessional. I came to pick up my car at noon as they requested, and when I got there the door was locked and no one answered the phones. Over an hour later they got back to me and told me they all "decided to go out for lunch." At the same time they told me to come collect my car. I took my car in again for an inspection a few months later as it was still leaking coolant. I come back to pick it up and my door handle is BROKEN. They told me to come in the next day and they would fix it. I bring the car down, and they now deny that they broke my handle and want ME to pay to fix it, and also tell me they are too busy to fix it today would you please come back next week. Horrible experience from beginning to end with these people. I've since taken my car to The Foreign Aid, who did a wonderful job with my car and were very pleasant. Don't ever take your car to these people if you don't want your car damaged.

Avoid this business at all cost. They will total your vehicle, screen your calls, gaslight you, and refuse to provide you with copies of your personal service records. Bringing my vehicle to this establishment was the worst mistake that I’ve made in three years. It’s impossible to get ahold of anyone and no one has any spine to discuss any services they have provided. If I could leave -0 stars, then I would. They also took my luxury vehicle on a joy ride and put 100 miles on it without permission, consent, or necessity. Do not do business with this establishment. They are unqualified and inexperienced. Any work they do to your vehicle will result in unnecessary damage to your vehicle and costs for you. I wish I had never even heard of this business. Read all of their reviews. They destroy peoples transmissions. Will be reporting to Better Business Bureau.

I love Alpine Autohaus!! They will fix your car right the FIRST time, really professional and nice guys working here and most importantly they are honest! As a girl I struggle with knowing where to take my car where they won’t take advantage of my lack of knowledge with cars but I don’t have to worry about that here at Alpine Autohaus. I know they will get it done correctly and be honest if it needs or doesn’t need something fixed and they do it all in a timely manner.

Very unhappy with the quality of work that this shop does. They charge a premium for service and then they must rush the work or have technicians that don't know what they are doing. We had a gasket replaced a year ago and it already has gone bad. We had all of our gaskets (18 of them) go out after 14 months. They gave us a discount for the replacement on labor, but those gaskets/labor cost me over $5K in repairs.

Alpine has been wonderful to my Mini. After a few bad encounters trying to get it fixed, I was sent to Alpine. They’ve been nothing but courteous and professional. They’ve been fair and honest in the work needed and prices charged. Colton is a guy who goes over and above helping me get transportation when he didn’t have to, treating me with integrity and respect, never trying to take advantage of my lack of knowledge about cars, and never making jar feel dumb about the questions I had.
