Went to get my AC recharged. Turns out, I had R12. Richard pulled the old stuff, replaced it with new stuff, then successfully diagnosed why my AC fan wasn’t running, made a relay jumper for me, called the parts store, and got me on my way. All while explaining what he was doing. From now on, if I can’t figure it out, I go here.

Let me tell you why you want to go to Altered Hours Garage. Rich is a great guy and well educated in the automotive world. Just by listening to the sound of your car he usually has the issue figured out or within a very close range. Recently a just bought a 2011 Buick Regal. The car started acting up. I told Rich about it and he quickly diagnosed the issue. I took the car back to the dealer and they said he was out of his mind and they’d fix the car. The had their mechanic look at the car and he said it’s a bad engine I won’t fix this. They sent it to another mechanic who said this is blown engine and a Lemon car. It should have never left your lot. After a very long process; they are giving me my money back. Rich saved me a lot of money because of his honesty.
