VERY VERY SHADY BEWARE!!! Had body work done here and it came out absolutely horrible. White car, the paint did not match at all and was very easily noticable. The door and side skirt was repaired and painted. After the paint job there was many spots that they used touch up paint to fix on newly painted panel and looked horrible. They had paint over spray onto the chrome trims. The dent on the door was poorly repaired and was clearly visible. The owner had a very bad attitude. He said he refuse to redo the job because he will lose money and said take it or leave it. He proceeded to walk away when talking to him. Will never come here or recommend anyone to this shop ever again!

Amazing experience. I wish all mechanics were this good and honest. Had some damage on my minivan and the mechanics in my New Hyde Park area were asking much more to fix and insisting to go through insurance. So much drama as if it was such a large job. When I got my estimate from Amber, Jerry matter of factly gave me a reasonable estimate in the range I expected and a week later honored it and did the job wonderfully. Can't say enough good things about this business. Definitely out of my way and in a pretty busy area, but worth it for the amount you save.

We have repaired the car here many times, the same problem, every time a few days to repair the same problem again, each time did not say what the reason, today is the last time we came here, it is really too bad, the repairman's attitude wasn't very good either.

Never go there again. Basic service need improved. For technical skilled part u will spend more and more here. Absolutely not recommend.

They always give me a reasonable price. Sometimes they check it and tell me it doesn't need repair. Very honest people. Only one time they did body work for my car with good result but the windshield was not protected properly and very tiny thin layer of paint got on the windshield making it hard to see through under direct light

Love this mechanic. Mason, the garage manager is extremely professional. Eric, the mechanic was very diligent. I came in to change the fluids and some fuses. However in putting the car up, they noticed that the axle was going and the brakes needed to be replaced soon. Called before work was done and all done for very reasonable price. My friends told me that all the work would have costed probably double and that I got a great deal. Very happy.

We went here to get a second opinion for some issues we were experiencing with our car. There's a few technicians available, the one we worked with was Ming. He was patient with us. He listened to our concerns and answered our questions with helpful suggestions. We also appreciated his attention to detail. He was also thoughtful enough to make minor adjustments for us as a courtesy.

A Shady place! DO NOT go there if you have any major repair for your car. I honestly doubt where all those good reviews came from??? Hello?? Are these real people or bots that this business paid for? Yea, they are good for just oil change or tire installation but besides these I will go somewhere else. They seem offer reasonable price but "you get what you paid for" really apply here. I have a brand new car went in for a minor collision repair. It took them more than a week to deliver and guess what, they fixed the panel that I requested but broke wires and other parts inside of that panel. Very disappointed! I tried to communicate with the owner regards to the issue but the owner was extremely rude and impatient. They threw me those nasty attitude and denied their mistakes.

Referred by dealership and went to get the break discs replaced. They were able to get job done but messed up the tire alignment, and of course they denied doing it. Also dropped and damage my vehicle key… never going back again

The most disgusting auto repair shop I've ever seen, with no sense of professionalism at all. I just asked them to evaluation of repair price, didn't ask them to repair it, and told them not to report it. But they still reported the damage to my car. causing my car to drop in price I didn't expect

Next place to go for what ever job you need to done for your car. They tackle down the hardest job and naye it like peace of cake they are very nice people's and work with you. They will check your car with you and tell you the problem like a doctor. Very reasonable price. See for your self.

Having an oil change here could cause you an oil pan. I had an oil change here 4 months ago. The mechanic overfilled my engine oil by half a quart and said it was ok. I believed him. 4 months later, when I did my own oil change, I found out there were more problems with the service. They over tightened the oil drain bolt by so much, it took me 10 minutes to just break it loose. There was more, they did not even install a crush washer to the bolt! I had taped a new crush washer on cap of the engine oil bottle I brought in. There was no way he could’ve missed it. Even if he somehow lost it, he could still have re-used my old gasket. Why the hell did he choose not to do either. Instead, he just went with no gasket and over tightened my oil pan (which is aluminum). Now I just pray that my oil pan has not been cracked or stripped and leak oil.

I had my usual services done here, plus other repairs/replacements like the head gasket, some body work, etc. I have known the boss and the people here for over 20 years. Honest and reasonable prices, they only use reliable and/or original parts, and they would not advise a repair or replacement that’s not worthwhile. Just don’t let a new guy work on big repairs it will be fine.
