Scott even explained what had happened to my car and exactly what they did to fix it. Every so often I would get updates as to how the repair was going. Definitely going back! It's really difficult to find an honest and trustworthy Auto Repair Shop. I was given a quote from another Auto Repair Shop (just down the street from ABC) to repair my vehicle. They told me it would cost over $4,000 dollars to fix my vehicle, so I took my vehicle to American Brake Centers on Preston Hwy for another evaluation. Scott was very upfront, professional, very detailed and honest with the entire process. He gave me different quotes to resolve the suspension issues I was having with my Honda Pilot to fit my budget . American Brake Centers was able to repair my vehicle for 1/4 of the estimate that was given from the other shop! Before I took my vehicle to ABC, it was loud and clunky to drive. After they repaired it, my Honda Pilot runs and drives like a new Cadillac. It's very quiet and the ride is very smooth now. I was so impressed, I left my Honda Civic with them immediately to do a full inspection and I was satisfied with the completed repairs which were affordable as well. I will definitely be returning to American Brake Centers often because they earned my trust. They are honest, affordable, and fast. I can't say enough about this place.

Scott absolutely went above and beyond to take care of me in a pinch. The AC went out in my car and it’s been August hot outside so, not only did he work me in the day after I called to set an appointment, but he had the job fixed the SAME DAY, when I had a quote from a different shop that it would take a minimum of 2 days to complete. Best part of all- he saved me several hundred dollars from the other shop. Never taking my business anywhere else, and I’ve already recommended him to several of my friends!

Several months ago I had front pads and rotors replaced on my Lexus LS460. Recently I started getting pulsating when stopping at high speeds. I explained this to Scott and he checked it out and replaced the rotors under warranty at no charge. Fabulous customer service! Scott is amazing! I have used them for years to service my cars but they are always to busy to work on my car unless I wait almost a month and feel like I’m bothering them to have my routine work done on my vehicles because it’s not a big job so I will have to look elsewhere to get my vehicles serviced

Courteous & Excellent Customer Service!!!!! On 1/4/2021 I called to see how soon a mechanic could look at my brakes. Scott told me their availability and I dropped my car off on 1/5/2021. Scott provided me with an update and total cost in which I gave the green light to replace my rear brake shoes & resurface the drums. My vehicle was ready once I got off work. Scott was very Professional with me, yet totally Honest which is important. The price was very reasonable and I drove away very pleased and with a peace of mind that I was able to have my brake shoes replaced. If you are looking for a GREAT service this is definitely the place. I will be a returning customer!!!

I recently brought my Honda Pilot in for regular maintenance and they found out my Rack & Pin was leaking and replaced it for free ($1200 part) because it was still under warranty, and I'm amazed at the difference when steering. The work at American Brake Center has been excellent. I have 4 cars serviced at American Brake Center. They do great work. Their prices are very competitive with other places. Scott and his crew of mechanics have done great work on all my cars. Scott always lets me know what needs to be done immediately and what is coming down the line in terms of repairs. He has also helped me in buying two cars for my daughters. He and his mechanics inspected the cars and let me know what kind of shape they were in. This was so helpful for me in feeling comfortable in assisting my daughters get good, reliable cars. I would highly recommend this shop for good, honest, and efficient work on any type of car!

First you should know that I am a very picky customer. I met Scott away from American Brake center and I was so impressed with him and his business motto that I immediately knew that if I ever needed service that I was going to give American Brake a try. My wife’s car developed a check engine light so I took it in. I have never been more pleased with service from an auto repair shop than I was with American Brake Center!! They were very thorough, courteous, professional and reasonably priced! And they didn’t just go replacing parts. They got to the root cause of the problem and made the appropriate repair. I was extremely happy to find out that they do every aspect of of car repairs including tires which I will be back for next week to have replaced on my truck!!

Just want to give a shoutout to American Brake Centers Inc - Preston Hwy. I needed new brakes and rotors, and took my car to a different company for an estimate — they were going to charge me over $1200 for new front brakes, rotors, and left front caliper. I called American Brake Center for a quote, they would charge half of that - but wanted to make sure I actually needed a new caliper instead of taking the other shop’s word for it. Scott at American Brake Center got me in and out super fast, and also ordered some new front tires for me after pointing out how bad my tread was looking (I had been tire shopping) - even with the new front tires, I was still paying $400 less than what I would have paid for brakes/rotors/caliper at the other place. Highly recommend this place! You can also stop at Sichuan House for lunch or dinner on your way home 😉

I couldn't be more impressed with my experience here. Each time I've used them, they've gone above and beyond. The diagnostic work done was thorough, pinpointing every issue while explained everything in detail and giving me options that worked within my budget.
