I asked how much before the manager did the oil change and he told me that he had to put information into system. After the oil change he told me it was over $100. I never paid that much for an oil change at that location. Then I heard the manager talking about me to to the workers there. I will never go back to that location again , and I’m telling my friends and family about my experience at the location on Fisk Rd Montgomery Al

The manager is a real people person, excellent customer service. There was to much transmission fluid in my truck 🚛 and they got rid of the excess in addition to my oil change. They were great! Also I will highly recommend them, and this particular shop location. Thanks so much!

My experience with American Lube fast was great. This was my very first time using American Lube fast and they lived up to their word they were efficient and fast. I just hope one day they will have the ability to do tune-up and tire balance. Their customer service was excellent the new manager young lady who explained everything was so professional I wish I knew her name. If you are in a hurry and in need of a fast oil change that's the place to go. I highly recommend it.

She was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to explain everything clearly, which made me feel confident and taken care of.
