It took them over a hour to change my oil i video it once I seen a grease monkey fender protector on their rail and asked them about grease monkey I was informed that they and grease monkey was the same and I said I hope yall dont do me the way grease monkey had in the past (paying for service and not getting) Well then it started ive been there before without issues but I video 42 minutes of the 2 tech trying to get my oil filter off , after 30 min one tech comes and said (sir we having issues with getting to your oil filter because they put it in a bad spot ) I then say yall haven't had a issue before with it ...I got a 2015 gmc acadia with 119k on it and where the the oil filter is you reach over into the engine bay and bam there it is .the fact they were using 4 or 5 different wrenches wasn't bad enough but they pull out a 2 foot filter wrench. I knew I was in for a tow well they started making hand motions to each other for righty tighty and leftety loosey, finally got it from about a hour of trying .$98 bucks im out the door and stop in the parking lot to check for leaks open the hood grease everywhere didn't even wipe it down. .....I got video of the whole thing . I wouldn't let them change the oil in my push mower

Sean the assistant Manager of the Auburn location was very friendly, knowledgeably & professional. He did his best to accommodate as he work diligently to take care of my car services needs solo due to being short handed. He was very apologetic and assured me I was in good hands. I had such a great experience this morning with Sean and Quavo! I stopped in for an oil change, and they were both incredibly knowledgeable, taking the time to explain each step of the process. They provided a list of recommended services but never pressured me to add anything on. In fact, they were upfront about what could wait—like my air filter—so I wouldn’t spend money unnecessarily. Most of all, they were kind, personable, and genuinely easy to talk to. I’ll definitely be coming back!

It was a great experience at American Lube in Auburn. Sean Towns truly went above and beyond. He took the time to educate me on several things regarding my vehicle and clearly explained my diagnostic information. He recommended changing my blades and filter, and after hearing his explanation, I asked him to go ahead and replace everything. I will definitely be back to give Sean my business. He was also training James and took the time to show him several tips and perks, which I thought was great to see. Thank God for this place!
