I kept putting money into my car my mechanic couldnt seem to figure out wAt was wrong with my car. I took it to anderson and he fixed it the first time no problem and worked with my warranty company, when my first mechanic told me my warranty wouldnt cover the work ! Real honest people

Never made it past the phone call to discuss my cars problem. The guy on the phone was very rude. Completely dismissing what I was trying to tell him. He was making assumptions without all the facts. He wouldn't even let me tell him all the facts. Screw that place.

They where nice . But didn't do well job on my car. They said I needed catalytic converter and oxygen senser done . I had the oxygen senser .but still my car was making loud noise and I brought back to them ,to give me price for the converter he check the engine light and it said it need the oxygen senser . I told them how I just paid 210 for the oxygen senser . They fix it . But it still not excellerting when I push on the gas. ..i won't be going back there .i wont advice anyone either..

FAIR SERVICE - But CUSTOMER SERVICE & COURTESY SUCKS!! I brought my Maxima to this shop for a re-installation of a burnt out Heat/ AC motor - they installed it Fair and works properly BUT in the process they broke my glove compartment. I payed around 360ish for the job. When I picked up the car, the glove box was locked & broken. Long story short I called 5 times & showed up around 3 times to have it replaced.. After Excuse After Excuse, I figured it's not worth it, lowering my standards to their level of lack of customer appreciation especially for a part that They Broke and Can not seem to Fix!! I will never give them service ever again or recommend anyone there. I wish them luck - But what goes around, comes around! No worries!

Bad customer service. Called for a quote and was told they will call me back. They never called. When I called them two days later, they told me they will do the quote "when they get around to it" and will call me back when "I am good and ready" They also did a diagnostic for $100 a few months prior and told us it was the body control module. I ended up going elsewhere for the body control module since they were rude to me about the quote. Turns out it's not the body control module. I wasted so much money on the diagnostic from them and now on replacing the BCM when that was never what was broken in the first place.

Does ok work but has terrible customer service. There was on lady at the front desk who was awesome, but that’s literally it. Also, I had $1,000 worth of electronics(2 12’ SubWoofers, 4 channel amp, capacitor, radio, speaker wires) stolen out of my car. The owner told me “your back door didn’t lock” which is a total lie. When I asked for reimbursement, I was told to “file a claim for my insurance because it happened outside of the actual shop, he is not responsible”! More risk than results here.

Left my girlfriends car there this weekend for a diagnosis of the suspension, 4 days later when my girlfriend calls he gives her an attitude and yells at her to pick up the car because it's not registered, literally, not hypothetically yells at my girlfriend on the phone, when she calls to aks if they'vefound anything. He could have just told us that at any point, there is no need for yelling at a potential customer in a professional environment. I will never bring any vehicle back to this place and I'll be advising my car club buddies to be weary. If his attitude and customer service reflect the quality of his work then I'm happy to bring her car elsewhere

I scheduled an appointment for my car to be serviced. I was told to be there at 8:00am for the appointment. The turn over time I was told was 4 hours, so it should be done around 12:00pm. After waiting for 30 minutes for someone to even arrive to open, I’m greeted by the “owner” who then tells me I have to leave the car, so he can bring it to a separate location (already inconvenient) and now I have to basically find my way home until this is done. Lastly, they cancelled my appointment without me knowing and I drove an hour to the new location for no reason. NOT HAPPY AT ALL!!!!... waste of time, and he didn’t even seem sure of what he was talking about.

Had some work done on my Saturn Ion. The service was great and so was the price. After picking up the car I noticed a little rattle. I called and they had me come right down. It was fixed right away. A very good experience and I would bring my car there again.

If I could rate 0 stars I would! Terrible terrible people. I came to this place to have a new starter installed on my truck. The guy was extremely rude for no reason. I never went to an auto garage and had to deal with something like that in my entire life. He said he could not do the truck that day, so I asked him when he could do it. And he proceeded to tell me off, just for asking him when! I showed up the next day, ( I don't know why I bothered after I was so disrespected ), and I was told I would get a call back. I did not receive a call, and after seeing these other reviews about their crappy work, I'm glad that I did not. I found a better place with better service to fix my truck.

I brought my car down to Anderson Electric to get a new ABS module. When we called originally, they said it would be no problem. After days of not hearing from them, we called back to check on the car and they were beyond words rude and extremely unprofessional. They have now had my car for almost 3 weeks, they will not give an update- if they even answer the phone, and when they do answer the owner is extremely rude and wants nothing to do with the situation. I absolutely DO NOT recommend bringing your vehicle here unless you plan to be without it for weeks with no update. Extremely disappointed with my service here.

Called to ask them how much it would cost to get my window up. Motor isn't broken just electric issue. Just pop the window switch open and take a paper clip just to get my window up. $75!!! We're in the middle of a heat wave. They like to scam women.

And i got straight to the point even apologized..because she sounded kinda not in the mood already,the 2nd question she answered and treated me as i was wasting her time ..i understand she doesn’t do pricing but she didnt have to be rude .. not going she pissed me off
