Love this place for windshield replacement!!! The staff is awesome and super friendly. I just had my Jeep windshield replaced and it is perfect again. Super fast service which is great 👍. Back story; about 10 yrs ago I had the windshield replaced on my 1965 G10 Panel Van and they had it in stock, how great is that 🤟 it was only $100.00 for that vehicle 🚗. Do yourself a favor and give them a call for all you glass replacements needs.

Made an appointment to have a cracked window replaced. Was able to get in two days later. They told me it would be about an hour. I barely had time to sit down and get comfortable before they came and said that my car was ready. About a half hour. They even vacuumed up the bits of broken glass. I will definitely go back if I ever need glass replacement.. .

Referred to Arnold's Auto Glass from Lee's Collision on Getty in Muskegon, (another place that rocks and fixed my front bumper a couple months ago.) Friendly staff, receptionist at the front was extremely professional. Got me in the next day after I called to replace a back window on a 2008 Honda CRV. Quoted the same price as Safelite and Gerber Glass and Collision, but at least I knew I was supporting an honest and local business on the Lakeshore. Highly recommend.

Usually I love supporting small businesses, so I was glad to get with Arnold’s as they could get me in asap. I had my back glass replaced by them, which itself turned out great. When installing they called and said it would be an extra $50 as the back wiper was corroded and they needed to replace. I gave the go ahead, then I get my car back and now my wiper is not working, when it did before. It will stop halfway through the wipe, as well as only the tip is hitting so they did not install correctly. I contacted and brought my car in for them to look at it/fix it and they did nothing, claiming my motor is bad and they’ll “give me a discount” if i have them replace it. And they even asked if moisture got to it and I told them no as it was just a spider web crack for two days. It worked perfectly fine before I brought it in!! If you break something within install that worked it should not be on the customer to fix it. (Edited to add that during the inspection they must have done absolutely nothing because my husband took the hatch panel off and realized that they missed pushing in one single piece to get the motor to turn. It was as easy as pushing it in to place and my motor worked perfectly fine. Makes me wonder why they suggested me bringing in a new motor (one they told me I would have to purchase) and having them install it at a discount) Very disappointing and do not recommend this business.

Helpful teller efficiently walk me through the insurance claim while my windshield was replaced, so no talking over the ohone and no time wasted. The waiting room was pleasant with complementary sweets and history channel television. Work took just a few minutes over an hour, rather fast. Teller helped with everything and made everything fast and efficient including answering stupid questions quickly and with courteousy. They even told me precautiously to avoid removing some tape and car washes for two days.
