I wasn't happy. There was a construction detour so I was 3 min. late which was mentioned several times. They were short on personel, so the 1 worker they had tried to keep the 1/2 hr per car schedule by himself. The wheels nor inside windshield were cleaned at all. The mats were wet but not vacuumed. I took it back. They did redo the interior windshield. But didn't have time for the rest. They didn't have time because of the 3 min. I was late. They also didn't have time to refund or discount the fee charged me either.

Best in/out service I've found in Western Michigan since moving here from Chicago four years ago! Prices are more than fair for the services received. Owners and management team are very friendly and accommodating, while those who work on your car are OUTSTANDING!! I won't use another any other car wash.

Have an older 2006 Toyota Highlander. Never used a car detailer before and was hesitant to spend the money. The car almost looked like the day we bought it when I picked it up! Filth and grime from years of kid spills, dirty baseball gear, food in the car all cleaned up. I recommend bumper to bumper cleaning. It was worth the money spent!!

I have been going to the Auto Spa for many years. They do an excellent job of getting the inside of the car clean and immaculate, as well as the outside. I have had special requests, especially with the long and curved windshield in cars these days as i am not able to reach all the glass to get the streaks out. They have made sure to leave all the windows, including the windshield, completely streak-free which is important in the winters here in Michigan. I highly recommend Auto Spa and have told many friends about their quality and professional service.

If you want you vehicle to last, feel brand new and look greater than ever, bring it here. Every one of the technicians knows their stuff and does an amazing work. Wouldn’t bring any of our vehicles anywhere else. We live an hour away and still bring our cars here.

Way better work in an hour then what I could have done in three with a great price point. I took one star away because my back window ledge was completely forgotten and there were pieces of paper left in the drivers side door. I took one other star away just because my husbands vehicle always has the inside of the doors done and his car is always spotless and mine had some errors I should have gone back inside for but didn’t. Other then that it was great and I will be returning again!

These guys did a remarkable job on a full detail interior and exterior for my 2002 Volvo S60! They were so thorough they found a watch that had been missing for over 3 years! Kudos to the team who worked on my car. Great job!

Absolutely do NOT go here. When booking my appointment it was never mentioned that it’s a tight booking of 30 minutes per car and to arrive early or on time. I arrived at 1135 for a 1130 appointment. He would not clean my car as I was late. If this is a policy it should be known while making the appointment as well as only giving 30 minutes for a clean no matter how clean or dirty the car is is not good service! I expect my car to be clean no matter how little or long it takes! He will never get my business again.

Car looks great but realized the oil jug of 0W20 , oil funnel, and snow brush in the car were missing when we got home, we go back to the shop they are only able to give back the oil funnel but don’t know where a GIANT jug of 0w20 oil is! Make sure to remove valuable stuff out of your car before you go or it will be missing

They did a pretty good job for almost a $200 detail I still had dirt in places Windows was not cleaned really good and they took all of my change out of my car I was really shocked about that if you have anything valuable lost in your car I do not think you will be getting that back

The state of my car after leaving the car wash is as shown in the images. It was as if the car was given back to me with all its dirt, and I cleaned it myself after I got home. Even though I warned them because they had done this before, they cleaned the car carelessly and returned it to me. I will never come here again, if you care about the cleanliness of your car, I suggest you take my advice and don't go.
