So glad Witt found my problem...especially grateful they had a loaner for me since my schedule was a difficult one that day. The part wasn't available...but it came promptly the next day and I was able to keep the loaner overbite. The service was GREAT...friendly and prompt. The only gripe I have is that their prices are alittle higher than others...but can't get into others as quickly. Witt got me in based upon MY schefule and needs. I appreciate that. And I found a 10% off coupon that made the expensive work comparable to a competitor. Thank you.

I'm glad to fill this out because I love going to Witt for service, but I have an issue I'm not sure how I feel about. The brake light on my car has been coming on since last summer. It didn't stay on, but was on the majority of the time. I've had it in to Witt for a couple of oil changes, but the problem was not resolved or even noticed. Last Friday, I discovered that the brake fluid was EMPTY. I had just had an oil change that day, so I'm a little unsure of why that was missed. However, considering the problem, the brake fluid might have been refilled when it was there. The service that was recently done corrected this problem after I discovered the fluid was empty again after I had just refilled it the previous day. I always come to Witt because I like the service. I'm trying not to let this cloud my opinion of the service I receive, and I feel better now that I've had a chance to express my reservations.

Had a appointment to check out my car battery charge showing low voltage. Battery checked out ok. Just needed to avoid short trips to aloud battery to properly be changed up. Received a 27 point inspection and a car wash all at no charge. They earned my future car service needs.

I would have given zero stars if it was an option. The Service Manager Tom is a unstable individual. While going back and forth between parent company GM and local dealership Witt Buick this Manager refused a bumper to bumper warranty fix (the transmission) because he didn't want to deal with obtaining a loaner vehicle like Parent company was directing him to do. He got so irritated when the Customer (me) asked everyone to get on the same page and why the Parent company GM was saying something different than him. It was at this point he told me to forget it and he was " refusing service, you need to get your car out of here by 5 p.m. or I am going to report it stolen" That was a funny denial of service and an odd thing to say when the car was in his possession. This place might be fine for everyday oil changes and tires but think twice before getting the Parent company GM involved they do not like that at all. The second complaint he wanted us to drive the car off the lot after being diagnosed, the Parent company was furious the car was diagnosed first than told to be driven off the lot. You might ask why? It voids the warranty they explained. Needless to say they arranged a tow truck to bring the car to Preferred Chevrolet Grand Haven. Upon arrival there an instant loaner vehicle was offered as well as a shuttle if needed. What a difference in customer service.

Came in for an oil change, after about 45 minutes I was told that my car was finished. The counter person told me about the tire wear and alignment, told me that both were ok at this point, but were getting to the point that an alignment would be in the near future, I was also told the cost of this. My car was washed when returned. Overall the cost was good compared to other places and the staff was able to answer all my questions.

We were quickly greeted when we entered the service area. The service person verified what we wanted done. He gave an estimate for how long the repair would take. He offered us a ride if we wanted one. The waiting room was comfortable. There were coffee, tea, orange juice and donut holes available. The repair was completed during the time estimated. They washed our car. The service was friendly, fast and professional when he did the checkout.

My husband always handled all the needs of the cars we have had, but he died recently. I had to bumble around at the Witt Buick dealership, for the first time. The employees were kind and compassionate and took the time to assist me through the process very kindly. The service department is top notch! Don't expect a fancy waiting room like My Auto Imports, but you will get good service, a fair price and nice people to deal with. Witt was able to make a repair at a good price that another shop was unable to do and it kept my car on the road. They also have been honest to deal with and helpful in finding parts. I have had other family members who have also used Witt and have been satisfied. Tim in service department is a great guy. They seem to care about their customers. Thanks Witt.

If you have a Buick like I do that's temperamental then come to their service center. Everyone that works there is very knowledgeable and it's nice to know that.I appreciate the fact that even though my car frustrates me that they're willing to help me. As long as they are true and honest with me Witt has a customer for life.

I recently purchased new tires for my car. The service team that helped me were amazing. From the very first time I set foot in the door, to listening to my likes and dislikes of my current tires, to helping me navigate my options and finding the most economical choice for me. I was impressed that within a couple days I was getting the tires mounted on my car and I was updated on the status on two different occasions. Bring your vehicle elsewhere for service. Took a week to fix vehicle, charged $800. 3 days later vehicle was brought back for some of the same symptoms that were supposedly fixed. After another week, I was told they could not find anything wrong. Upon picking up the car, I was charged $100 diagnostic fee despite the fact that they were unable to find the issue. Edit. Less than 24 hours later, customer has returned with same issues. No communication, intermittent no start, erratic gauge opperation.

brought my car in last week to get inspected and fixed, paid 1300$+ for new back breaks and stable track etc… all was fine until 2 days later my im broken down on the side of road in grand rapids, had to get a tow truck back home to Muskegon. next day we take it back to witt dealership and say they failed to repressurize a part which made it break, they end up still charging me to fix it not even a discount, very poor service take care your vehicle somewhere else, good way to loose a returning customer
