Update: It sure feels good to finally have my car back! What happened to my Audi was a very bizarre edge case that nobody in the service department had ever seen before. The fix necessitated lots of back and forth with the Audi mothership and the replacement of many thousands of dollars of parts. From bringing the car in with a dead battery to having a functioning vehicle back in my garage took about two and half months. Without the extended warranty, the total expense might have approached the book value of the car. Folks, just get the extended warranty! I can't fault anything the service department did, especially considering that I was not exactly a polite customer. Their handling of the situation was a case study in how to convert a one star review into a five star one. ---- I first brought my Audi with 24,845 miles on it in to this dealer for routine service, new tires, and a new battery 76 days ago. Their first attempt to fix the car failed spectacularly. The the service department has been working to repair my car under an extended warranty ever since. After speaking with the dealer's general manager, I've regained some hope. I'm still stuck in a strange and unpleasant situation, but he assured me that they are pedaling as fast as they can.

I had the pleasure of working with Miss Meagan Walker and her sales manager Jason at the Audi of Nashville dealership where I just purchased my new car. This was hands-down the easiest purchase of a vehicle I have ever had in my life. The people were so friendly, so courteous so helpful. I would not hesitate to go back and buy another vehicle from them and I plan on it in the future so if you’re looking for a good. Vehicle from amazing people with amazing customer service. Definitely check out Audi of Nashville.

I bought a 2022 Audi SQ5 with many problems that I was not made aware of prior to purchasing. The manager here absolutely sucks and this dealership is a stain on the Audi brand. I will be going to the other Audi from now on thank you very much.

I had one of the worst car buying experiences here. I was ready to purchase a 2022 BMW M440i xDrive – loan secured, price agreed, and I even flew from Illinois to Nashville and took a day off to finalize the deal. When I arrived, the driver’s door was making a loud clunking/popping sound. After doing my own research, I learned this is not a common BMW issue. To make matters worse, I went back and re-watched the walkaround video the salesman sent me a week prior, and the noise was already there. That means they knew about the problem and never disclosed it. I asked to have the car inspected at a nearby BMW service center. The technician confirmed the issue, and when he tried to tighten the hinge, the bolt head snapped off, leaving it stuck in the door. The repair would take days, which wasn’t an option since I live out of state. I then offered a fair solution: fix the problem and ship the car to me. The GM admitted shipping would cost $700 but insisted I pay half, even though I had been lied to and inconvenienced. The GM was condescending, dismissive, and kept pressuring me to just take the car as-is, claiming it would be covered under warranty (which it wouldn’t, since the repair had been tampered with and not completed). Their attitude was essentially “you flew here, so you’re leaving with the car.” In the end, I walked away without the car after wasting over $600 on flights and an entire day of my time. This dealership is not honest, not transparent, and certainly not customer-focused. I would strongly caution anyone considering buying a car here.

Awesome dealership. The service guys are so helpful. I love that you can watch the service guys work on your car in their beautiful waiting area. Located right off the freeway. They send a video of the inspection letting you know exactly what they did and what their recommendations are for your car. They also offer a pay over time service if you need assistance breaking up the payments. Wow I am so impressed at how amazing this service was. Remember to look online for coupons as well.

Alex with Audi Downtown Nashville went above and beyond to assist with my purchase. Being an out of state resident, I wasn’t able to be there to complete the process quickly but he was patient, understanding, accommodating, and made everything seamless. My kiddo and I love our new Q5! I highly recommend working with Alex and the entire team at Audi Downtown Nashville!!

Austin was the best!! Such an easy and fun process. Called him on a Friday night and drove off with the car on Saturday afternoon. Audi downtown Nash is definitely top tier on all levels.

I love this dealership! Everyone is nice and straight forward. Making an appointment is easy online and they are ready when you pull up. I've been here a few times and never had to wait too long for my vehicle.

BUYERS BEWARE OF HIDDEN FEES! I have fortunately never had a bad experience like this before. I was interested in a vehicle and i was okay with their asking price. I got everything squared away on my end and they wanted to sell the car by the end of the month, so I was willing to jump through hoops to help them by taking PTO from work, buying a plane ticket, hotel, and all the gas and time for a 12 hour drive home. When they sent over a cost estimate there was a $995 charge for PermaPlate w/ Road Vantage. I asked what this was and they said it’s an exterior/interior coating/service they apply to their vehicles before they sell them. I told them I will buy the vehicle for what they’re listing it at if they remove the hidden fee and they would not accept my offer or even counter. They’re adding a profitable, non negotiable coating/service to their vehicles that you can’t opt out of. I told them I would pay exactly what they’re listing the car for and they wouldn't accept or even counter. They hit me with all the normal salesman lines like “we’re already losing money” and “our vehicle is priced perfectly within an 500 mile radius(I bet they didn’t compare their vehicle cost with the $995 hidden fee”. Now, the next day after this experience they raised the vehicle price by $500(maybe because it’s getting a lot of attention?). This is by far the worst experience I’ve had and I found them to be very disingenuous with their hidden fees and tactics.

Wow wow wow! I just came in to test drive for the fun of it, knowing I wasn’t going to buy a car for a few months. But immediately upon coming in Ross was amazing and so kind, I was all over the place, excited to look at Audi’s but he handled all questions I had and was patient with me. I didn’t think I’d be driving away with a Q3 the same day I came in, nor did I think I’d be owning an Audi for a few more years. But everything went so smoothly and I left with my dream car. Thank you Ross and the rest of the crew for helping me.

I wish I could give a higher score because everyone I dealt with were really nice. The problem was I was told that my service was covered in the deal. We talked about oil changes and where that could take place (both downtown and Brentwood). When I took my Audi in I did not have the Audi Care Package. I called numerous times and left messages. I finally spoke with the sales manager who confirmed I did not have it but would have the finance manager call me with a quote. 2 weeks later have yet to receive a call. It is my fault I did not check the contract but very disappointed in the clarity of the sales staff and their customer service after the purchase.

Extremely grateful!!! We recently relocated to TN from Chicago. A car we purchased from an Audi Dealership in California was shipped to us in Nashville. As soon as the vehicle was delivered, we experienced issues. This was after the car was fully checked in CA before shipping. We called Audi in Nashville ASAP, explained issues and our position. We didn’t want to bring vehicle home, we wanted to take to Audi Nashville for a full inspection/analysis right away. The Sales Agent was very helpful. We were told service was closing soon, but we could bring vehicle in utilizing drop box. The car would be assessed as soon as they could. Please note, the TN snow storm was approaching. When we arrived Service was closed, but a Sales Team member walked out to greet us, assuring us we in best hands. We absolutely were!! I can’t say enough about the Service Team, Sales personnel and location. I received a call from Jay (Service Coordinator) first thing next morning (day before storm). Jay documented all issues, reviewed problems, concerns and then asked questions to assist with the work up of car. I was sent pictures, videos and updates. Not only was the vehicle inspected as a priority, but also fixed the same day!! Systems reset, diagnostic findings addressed and fuse replaced. Jay and his team went above and beyond to help us. Our disappointment with just receiving car the night before from the shipping company was validated. Jay answered all questions, assisted with each fix/remedy/recall and welcomed me to dealership (we have another Audi as well). Thank you Jay. A pleasure working with you! People like you and your staff make a difference!

After searching the tri-state area for weeks. We finally found the color combo exterior/interior we had wanted. Went in on a Saturday, very laid back atmosphere, no pressure and in a very quick & painless fashion we got the car we wanted. Maegan Walker was ours sales rep and handled everything as smooth as possible. Would recommend. Looking forward to Audi ownership.

Found a great deal on an Audi Etron just before the EV tax credit was expiring. Most auto makers were offering incredible incentives and at 0.99% Audi was one of them. Savon set me up with the right car and poor Reggie was working late Sunday night to answer all my questions. I work in sales, so the details is where I feel most comfortable. They made sure the process was smooth, no pressure and hassle free. My only regret, is not having them give me an Audi hat before closing the deal. Quality service and incredible vehicle gents. TY

This newest purchase of a 2025 Audi Q5 will be my seventh Audi I have bought in the last 13 years from seven different dealerships. I have purchased three Audi A7's (for myself), two Audi A3's (for my middle daughter), one Audi Q8 (for my wife), and now the newest member of our family is a 2025 Audi Q5 (for my oldest daughter). Obviously I have a passion for Audi's auto lineup, and the next vehicle I buy will be a ... "wait for it" ... Audi! BYW, I only purchase white vehicles because it will get 105 degrees in Texas at times, so the color of my Audi's have to be white (there is no debate there). The reason I seem to buy Audi's from all around the United States (and have them delivered to my address in Texas) is because either the Audi dealerships in my area are too proud of their inventory (meaning they don't deal enough on price for my satisfaction), or the specific vehicle I want is in another part of the country. However, if I can purchase the vehicle in such a manner that approximately a $1,500 transport fee expense on top of the negotiated price still makes sense, it's worth it to me. That said, I have to admit my purchase experience at Audi Downtown Nashville was one of the most favorable vehicle buying events I have had in some time. Starting with (Leo) the GM, which was a delight from our first conversation, to the sales representative (Savon), to F&I department, each and every one of them were professional, and respectful of my time. I have been described (when going into a vehicle purchase) as like a Attila the Hun, but Leo's management style (basically chill) calmed my intensity which I must say carried through all departments, which is a tribute to his leadership demeanour (the domino effect) and the dealerships philosophy. I share this complimentary review because I was in the automotive industry for 10 years of my past life, and I know what best practices means and how it's perceived by the customer. So in closing, I'm not sure if Audi Downtown Nashville will have my next Audi in stock when I'm ready to purchase my next Audi, but if you're considering an Audi that they have in inventory that you'd be interested in owning, I would say with conviction that you're in the right place. Happy buying and be blessed!
