By far the best place I have ever dealt with! 5 stars don't do justice. Family owned and operated, they give ot to you straight and try to help in any way they can. Bob, Danni, and their son Russell are some of the best people around. They give you a great time line as to when your repair will be finished amd thr outcome for the work is hands down PERFECT! Definitely recommend checking them out.

I had my wife's Honda repaired here a couple of years ago after a mishap in the snow and ice. To this day I'm very happy with the work done. Bob and his staff were great throughout the process. The total cost of repair didn't exceed the estimate, the price was right and the work was done exactly on schedule.

Note: their address has changed to 108 Old Trinity Lane. Despite the misfortune of having my car hit twice in one month, I was lucky to get the best service from RDR Auto Works that I have had anywhere, EVER. I had over $3,000 in damages to my car and it came out of the shop looking even better than before the accidents. As a young female, I have had plenty of mechanics try to take advantage of me, but Dani and Bob at RDR are so honest and trustworthy. The body work they did looks AMAZING and they did it all for a very reasonable price. They are a local, family-owned company and it really shows. It is so nice to see that there are still decent, hardworking people who care about they do and know the meaning of customer service. They were happy to work with my insurance and very helpful in answering all the questions I had since I have never been in an accident before this and wasn't sure what to do. I will definitely be taking by car back there if I ever have any problems with it again and I would highly recommend them to anyone needing work done on their car.

The moment you talk on the phone or meet them in person, you get the feeling that Danny and Bob are trustworthy and kind people. The work by their small team lived up to that great first impression. I called asking for an estimate on a front bumper replacement for my 2014 Honda Civic. Danny chuckled and said "I can't see it very well from over here" but then proceeded to give me a detailed breakdown of parts and labor while clarifying what I needed. When I got in, Bob took a look and discovered some additional repairs needed for my tire flaps, which other shops hadn't noticed. They talked me through some options and costs, and I was able to get slotted in within a few weeks at a competitive price. I dropped off the car memorial day weekend, and picked it up the next Friday. Paint matches, logo and grill are repaired, and the installation of the new bumper is tight. They have a pair of adorable cats, Sissy and Wally, that roam around the office. If you're allergic I'd be cautious. Also make sure to ask ahead and write down your pickup and drop off dates. They're a small shop and don't do reminder calls as far as I can tell. It was a pleasure doing business with Danny, Bob, and the mechanics at RDR. RDR is my goto place the if I ever need collision repair again.

I can’t say enough great things about the shop and the owners. I called early morning about an issue with my driver door being out of alignment. I was told to come on in and they got right to work getting me back on the road very quickly. These are very honest and nice people. I highly recommend.

This is my new go to shop!! Operated by the owners and there super good people and take care of your vehicle! I honestly can’t say enough for this place I will recommend anybody that ask me about a good body shop!! This is the best place I’ve ever been to! They battle the insurance companies to get quality parts instead of installing hand me down parts like the insurance companies want to do to save a dollar. And very good pricing if you’re not going through insurance…. Just want to say thank you! Great job on my truck! BEST PLACE EVER!! AND VERY VERY NICE PEOPLE..

They fixed a horrible paint/rust spot on the roof of my Honda Fit. The paint looked amazing after it was done. Very much like the original factory paint job. They did it for a reasonable price and worked with me on having my brother take out the windshield. I hope to go back in the future to have them touch up the car further.

My boo previously had a great repair experience with RDR, so I dropped my trusty champagne steed off with them for a week-long glow-up retreat. They delivered. Danny and Bob are truly some of the kindest people! From start to finish, every part of the process was handled with such care, precision, and attentiveness. After crashing into a pole, I was incredibly stressed about finding a place I could trust to fix my Mazda CX-5. They took the time to explain exactly what needed to be done which stood out compared to other places I visited. Their patience and transparency made a stressful situation feel manageable. My car was repaired efficiently and in a timely manner, and throughout the entire experience they were so warm and friendly. You can genuinely tell they care about both their work and their customers. I’m very grateful and would highly recommend them!! RDR is a wonderful place.
