Not happy at all. Dropped car off letting them know tire problem losing air. After having all day they let me know ready to pick up. Said they couldn’t find anything wrong with tire. Tire lost 5 pounds of pressure overnight. Now, I will have to take off work again to have issue evaluated, again. Beyond frustrated.

Can’t help but feel that I was baited and switched! I went to Audi with my Q5 with under 75000 miles because of a yellow caution warning light, got an initial estimate for repair of $400 for misfire on cylinder 4 for new plugs, then modified for broken valve spring, leaking water pump needing replacement, dirty water and radiator needed flushing (never had a warning light on this and never had a water pump replaced that I was charged for flushing my radiator), then an exhaust cam needed replacing and then cam shaft with worn lob needed replacement for a total repair of $5200. And change. They did discount it $250 and deducted the cost of plugs where my out the door bill was $4900+. This is my 3rd new Audi I purchased, the last 2 from Audi Pensacola. I left a new Audi wheel with service sometime after stating I would split whatever they got and eventually offered it for $200, initial cost was over $800, asked about it whenever I went in for service until finally was told they knew nothing about it and did not have it! I am 84, have enough aggravation without more and just let it go. When I had around 35000 miles I was pressured into buying an extended warranty for 20000 miles for around $2200 thinking that it would extend my warranty to 70000 miles but later found out it was 20000 miles from what was on the speedometer when I purchased it. People at Audi Pensacola are all very nice but feel like they should have kissed me now on at least 3 occasions! I contacted Audi USA asking for help on the bill based on defective parts and was told Audi Pensacola was privately owned and only they could offer any relief. I understand that Sonic owns Audi Pensacola but it’s certainly not advertised. I did tell them at Audi I would never purchase another Audi after owning 5 in my time and was told I should not have to, that their repairs were warranted for 1 year, 12000 miles.

I cannot say enough to compliment the service I received at this Audi service department. My car was packed the night before for an early departure to visit family out of town. I prepared to leave t 7:30am only to discover my Q3 would not start. The error message read : contact service dept. Following that advice I learned what great service was in my future. My vehicle had to be towed, diagnosed and hopefully fixed in a timely manner. Matthew Haase went above and beyond to resolve my problem, get needed parts and have me on my way. I was able to pick up my Audi in ~ 4 hours with all issues corrected. He could not have been more helpful! He is awesome and makes me very happy owning my Q3!

I can’t recommend Audi Pensacola enough. While visiting family, my alternator failed, leaving me stranded 10 hours from home. Even though my car had to be towed in from Alabama, the team handled everything with incredible professionalism. They truly went above and beyond by overnighting a part from across the country to speed up the repair. I was never left wondering about the status of my vehicle; they provided daily updates and even set me up with a loaner car so I wasn't stuck. Before handing back the keys, they tested the car multiple times to ensure it was completely safe for my long drive home. Audi of Pensacola service dept. absolutely exceeded my expectations. They were able to get me in last minute when I was leaving the very next day for a 9½-hour road trip, which alone says a lot about their customer service. From the start, Matt was completely upfront about pricing and exactly what would be done. He told me the service would take about an hour, and it ended up taking only 30 minutes. On top of that, he noticed I still had one remaining service on my service plan and applied it, meaning I didn’t have to pay anything. They easily could have skipped mentioning that, but they didn’t. That level of honesty and integrity is huge to me. Everyone was super friendly, and the waiting area was exactly what you’d expect from Audi, luxurious and welcoming. For comparison, we took my wife’s car to a different dealer for the same service and waited almost three hours, with zero communication and rude customer service. The difference was night and day. Because of this experience, I’ll be taking all of my vehicles to Audi of Pensacola moving forward and will also be purchasing future vehicles from them. I highly recommend Audi of Pensacola for any service or sales needs. If you’re getting service, ask for Matt, he’s knowledgeable, straightforward, friendly, and clearly enjoys what he does. I expect the price to be high at a dealership and even higher for a luxury brand but well over $200 for an oil change (which I didn’t get) is absurd to me. In addition to that, my service rep was…let’s say well short of service oriented. Everyone else in the room seems nice and helpful and the manager was great but my rep was down right rude and I will never go there again if he is who I have to deal with. Other than that, the actual repair they did seems to be good. It was nice touch to wash my car but I was home expecting it would have been washed and pulled up already since they had to send a porter to pick me up and they knew I’d be there soon.
