Bought my first new car sight unseen from Autumn and her team at Audi Pittsburgh! I recieved excellent communication throughout the process. They even set me up with shipping so the car arrived at my door ASAP. Would recommend to anyone no matter the location.

I bought a used BMW and I was told it was in perfect condition and also passed a DOT inspection from the state of Pennsylvania. Moving forward the day I picked my car up and drove it home it had a weird vibrating noise from rear . I notified the dealer about this and we thought maybe it was because it had 2 different brand tires on rear that weren’t even run flats like front . They changed the rear tires to run flats and it still makes the same vibration . After weeks of trying to figure out why it was doing this the Local BMW dealer found the the barrel of both rear tires were bent and not repairable . I urge you to not believe anything hey say and try your hardest to look for any of these things because now I have a car that I can’t drive till I replace the 2 rear rims . I would Never buy a car again from a different dealer than its brand . It’s been a terrible experience from day 1 other than the finance manager if iam being honest . Be very careful buying a Used car from here .

Updates: The “management team” has been working with the refund for quite some time (1+ years) and I still haven’t received any. LOL! -------- AVOID THIS PLACE!!! If I can give 0 stars I would. I did a pre-cross-country-roadtrip service there. They did a terrible job by putting a wrong spark plug in one of my car’s cylinders. My road trip was from Pittsburgh to San Diego and my car broke down with engine failures in Utah dessert. Yet this Audi dealer refused any compensation for the inconvenience they caused.

I enjoy my Audi but if I bought another one, I would most likely buy it from a different dealership. I’ve had a series of negative experiences: 1. Every time I get tires and spend nearly $2200 or more on them, I get the car back looking terrible. (See pic) Most dealerships will run it through the wash at least. 2. I bought an extra set of wheels and they sold me 4 left side wheels. Again, another $3500. Again, they returned the vehicle in poor condition. 3. I had to bring the car in empty for them to fix their recall on the gas tank gauges. When they returned the car, they did not put any gas in at all. I barely made it to the closest gas station. Thank goodness I caught it before I hit the highway. Again the tires were returned to me looking like the picture too. 4. They forgot a step when doing a recall in which they had to do an alignment, my tires went bald within a few weeks and I had to fight to get them to replace them in consideration of the fact that I didn’t even drive 6,000 miles on them. 5. It is obnoxious the number of times I am told “oh, well, with your [checks make/model] Audi S6, I highly recommend (insert service or part from dealership (windshield wiper blades? Interval inspection? Oil change? 4 new tires when I only need 2? New brakes when they still have pads left?) It is literally always the exact same line. “Oh, on an Audi S6, you really should get that done here. I’ve seen so many of them screw up our vehicles.” Like, ok, I get it. You’re trying to make money, but at some point it feels like just a line. If this is all true and I am really better off getting my wiper blades through the dealership for $90+, shouldn’t they last a little longer? 6. I’ve shown up to have my winters/summers switched out and despite specifically asking to have the replacements ordered in, they have forgotten to do so which requires me to travel 2 hours yet again to get the tires when I could’ve just done it with the inspection or oil change. 7. If you show up at 10, as scheduled, the mechanics all go to lunch at 12. If you don’t have your car by 12, you’re not getting it until at least 1:30. 8. Every dashboard light costs >$100 to just plug in the code reader. If you get your interval inspection done at your local place (versus driving an hour each way to have them do it and charge you over twice what your local person would to just check pads, fluids, etc), they will charge you $100 just to get them to reset your Inspection Due message that will come on every time you turn on the car until it’s reset. They then act like they’re a vastly generous person for waiving the $100 cost of the reset “just this one time” despite the fact that you’re paying $1200 for two tires to be installed. 9. There was a recall and lawsuit about their pre-sense system errors - pre-sense is the safety system that keeps you (and your family) from dying in a car crash and stay on the road. Over the years, and before this recall lawsuit, I called in at least 4 times to ask why I had this error coming up. They told me that it would just go away and may be a bug on the sensor or something. Now, I find out that it is likely related to this recall. When I tried to get them to look at it and confirm my vehicle is safe, he tells me it will be almost $200 just to plug in the machine and determine if there is an issue with the ABS portion of the pre-sense. The guy was pretty obtuse on the issue. This is obviously done to dissuade you from getting it evaluated despite asking about it several times while it was still in warranty. 10. I had an issue where the hood showed obvious warping due to the fasteners underneath the hood. I called it out at 10-20k mile range and they told me they couldn’t help me. I would have to contact corporate. Look, I know that Audis are not expected to be cheap nor is their maintenance, especially for a [checks make/model] Audi S6. Seriously though, cost aside, the general experience is terrible. Just my two cents. Based on all my experiences, I doubt they will read this review and care all that much. 🤷🏻♂️

Purchased my vehicle here, and just had it serviced for the first time. In all points of the buying process (Jon d) the finance manager, infotainment manager, and service manager (Patrick M) have been providing nothing short of impeccable service. Down to earth, efficient, fair, and transparent communication. I bought an RS3 here and there is no way I will be taking this anywhere else besides Audi Pittsburgh. Patrick eased my mind on a few concerns I had on the vehicle and had great communication throughout the process. He even provided some extremely beneficial opinions on the wheels and tires. Thanks all!

When we decided to purchase our 2021 Q5 at the end of its lease we contacted our original dealer. They told us they could help but because “The State changed some of their rules on how these leases are bought out” we would now have to have the vehicle certified??? and it would cost us an additional $3000. That would make purchasing the vehicle impossible. I checked with Audi USA and they said that they were not aware of any “rule change.” At this point I decided to reach out to a different Audi dealership to see if they would be willing to help and that is what led us to Kurt and Audi Pittsburgh; and we could not be happier. Kurt, Ray, and the entire Audi Pgh team rose to the occasion and helped us purchase our Q5 off of lease in less than 2 weeks. Ray assisted us with the mandatory safety inspection, we purchased 4 new tires plus a few minor maintenance items and we were on our way to Justin in finance. Justin got us a great rate and also assisted us in purchasing an extended warranty as well as GAP insurance. We were even able to put a little money down to lower our payments. When it was all said and done, we walked out of the dealership with our Q5, a monthly payment that we can afford, and we still had a few bucks left in our pocket. Kurt, who had nothing to gain by assisting us, ended up restoring our faith in Audi and you now have a customer for life.

Autumn Jennings is a brilliantly patient, extremely professional & tremendous Audi Brand Specialist Concierge/ Sales Consultant. She is probably one of the main reasons I selected the 2024 Audi Q3. I went in because I realized other mid-size SUB’s had repair problems. She has an innate ability to understand a clients car needs, partner concerns, garage needs (yes the 2nd time she came to our house, we were able to fit the car in the garage)! A doubt my husband had. Being that this is a luxury car, we wanted it garaged. We were totally accommodated by Autumn. She is an asset to Audi Pittsburgh #1Cochran. She made the deal painless, was patient with our concerns, showed us the car, completely, answering ever question, & treated us with constancy, grace & respect. Jake A. did very well at the financial dept., too with significant paperwork. Very much an ipad magician. I want to thank Jessica Cupini, Sales Manager for her input & her efforts to sanction the excellent price point. I will highly recommend this dealership & Autumn in the future. You have a great employee who made the purchase of my dream car reality. So you know: I love driving the car! Thank you.

If you’re shopping for an Audi Q7 or any Audi, ask for Kurt. He’s a true tech specialist—walked me through every feature I’d actually use, from the moment I sat in the car to when I pulled into my driveway. I’ve never had someone explain things so clearly and practically. The whole experience was pressure-free and easy, which is rare in car buying. On top of that, Kurt’s just a genuinely great guy—warm, thoughtful, and easy to talk to. Bonus points: he’s a Cole Haan fan like me, he has excellent taste! If you want a luxury experience that feels human and informed, Kurt’s your guy.

I started contacting Audi on a Sunday. I had fast and informative replies and information the next morning. Jake was my salesman and was patient and understanding with my vehicle needs. He addressed any questions and concerns I had prior to setting up my appointment to purchase my vehicle. The process was quick and easy at the dealership each step of the way. I am incredibly satisfied with all aspects and even the follow up after my purchase!

I’ve got my new Audi A5 recently and I want to share that I’m more than happy and satisfied. My sales agents were Autumn and Jessica who provided perfect service on my deal. That’s not my first Audi car and I can assure you that I’ve met a lot of horrible people and dealerships around the world. But here I found the best support. I appreciate time and attention to details that Autumn gave to me while I was choosing my car. Thank you guys! I’m sure we will meet again for my next one!

- Bought my 2019 A4 from them with 2.5k miles on it. - They did 4 years of Audi Care maintenance on it. The transmission went bad at 37k miles. - Out of warranty? Yes. - I asked whether Audi would do anything to help me, and I was flatly told no. I spent 2 weeks trying to get updates, bouncing around phone systems, leaving messages that weren’t acknowledged. Had they answered my questions and not been shady, I wouldn’t have badgered them the way I ended up doing. I NEVER have to treat a business like that. I have done support work and know what is expected and would never want to go this route. Every timeline they gave me for it being finished was wrong and never updated me when it changed — hence the badgering. Their original estimate ended up being wrong by a week. The one bright spot is they got me a loaner, after bugging them, at about a week and a half at their location (the pick-up notice said it had a full tank — it actually had about 1/3 of a tank and the car was filthy on the outside). When I picked up my car, it had bird droppings on it and the low-fuel warning light was on. Super classy right there. I’m selling the car tomorrow to recoup the $8k+ repair bill. Considering that Audi is clearly violating Right To Repair regulations with this car (a local independent import expert couldn’t even determine which type of transmission fluid it takes and, therefore, didn’t want to touch it, period), it’s a painful but easy decision to sell it and never buy Audi again. Audi of Pittsburgh can breathe a sigh of relief because I will never call them or darken their door again. Likely no one else who asks me about them or Cochran will, either. I loved driving the car, but everything else involved has been a nightmare. Worst business relationship ever. — Edit, response to their response: I had ONE independent shop do ONE oil change. Not sure how that affects a transmission. I guess one oil change is worth much more than 4 years of Audi care. No one else touched the transmission because Audi made it impossible. Just lay down and accept being snakes. You aren’t sorry. Your words are empty words. Anyone who reads more than one of your responses will get the picture. The car is gone. I’m out over $8k. Enough.

I got my used 2021 Audi Q5 in August 2025. I noticed shaking when hitting the brakes but I didn’t see a problem until the end of September when I got on the highway that my steering wheel is shaking hard when I tried to brake. Also, my guest sometimes cannot get into my passenger side without me opening it from the inside. I come in and I knew it was going to be an issue when I was already being charged for a diagnostic when I just bought the car. I get a call they can’t find the issue with my door but it’s 1700 due to severe rust on my brakes. I only had this car for two months and just went back to work due to working from home. How is my brakes severely rusted?! I call Kurt my sales person (who made the buying process easy and painless) and he goes and talks to Oscar who then tells me they will pay for the labor but I now owe 1300 on just the front brakes and I need tires rotated?!? I JUST GOT THUS CAR AUGUST!!! Knowing I never fixed brakes on my last 2012 Q5 I had for five years I knew this was ridiculous!!!! I’m over #1 Cochran and Audi will never fix or see my car again. I’ll edit when my new mechanic tells me what’s really wrong! I just saw another post with the same issue! Do better Audi!!!! This is actually apart of the purchase. NO ONES CAR SHOULD NEED BRAKES and ROTORS IN TWO MONTH. It wasn’t inspected and yall sold me bad brakes and rotors! Of course you would say it’s not your issue! 1300 is not acceptable for brakes on a car I got LESS THAN 3 months months ago. Never will see this car again. I wouldn’t refer you to anyone this is ridiculous!!!

If I could leave 1 star I would, however Google does not allow the option. Arrived today for a service appointment on a car that needed replacement of a tire that was by dealer damage, along with service due to the tire damage. Service technician was extremely rude, dismissive, nothing was ‘in the system’ as the service manager stated to me when we spoke two times prior on the phone setting up the appointment. No one apologized…what happened to the days Of ‘owning your mistake’??!! Guess Cochran doesn’t teach that to his employees !! If you want Audi or BMW do NOT come here!! The worst service I have ever experienced!!!!

It's not always easy to find a dealership that cares about your car as much as you do...Audi of Pittsburgh is that dealership! I have a 2013 Audi A8L W12, that is a 1 of 1. The detail given to my car, and the customer service provided was outstanding. I loved the video that the service technician provides, detailing what services will be performed, and giving suggestions to what service will need to be performed in the future (No guess work needed). Plus, they also provide free Lyft service from the dealership to your home, and pick you up when your car is finished. This dealership gets a 10 out of 10 from me, and I'd recommend it to every Audi owner.

I cannot say enough amazing things about my experience at Audi - it was phenomenal! Sam, my salesman, and Jen in Finance went above and beyond to make sure I was able to drive away in my dream SUV. Sam was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and truly cared about making the process smooth and stress-free. Jen worked tirelessly to ensure everything was handled perfectly on the finance side, and her professionalism, guidance and kindness made such a difference. When I picked up my car, Sam made sure it was absolutely flawless and super clean! Both of them exceeded every expectation, super patient and treated me with such genuine care. I would recommend Sam and Jen to anyone looking for a new or used car — they’re simply the best! I will definitely be going back in the future and tell my loved ones to do the same. Thank you both so much again for making this such a wonderful experience. Everyone at the dealership was so kind and sweet like Emily and Jessica, which made it even better! :)

We leased a new Q5 about 2 months ago and the door handle flew off leaving some wiring exposed. We have been trying to get it fixed for 2 months now and keep getting the run around. Apparently it has been getting “painted” for the last 2 weeks. We cant even wash it or drive it in the rain because of the exposed wires. Absolutely the worst service from a dealership we have ever experienced.

What a disappointing experience with the service department. I went in to order filters and light bulbs, but they refused to help me with my parts. They told me I had to contact the parts department myself to order the parts, effectively kicking me out and saying they couldn’t assist me in the store. Because of this, I don’t want to do business with them anymore. My next option is to drive about 30 miles to the next Audi dealer. If you are buying a car here just so you know everyone you can’t get parts from this location, in that case what’s the point of purchasing from this dealership?

I purchased and have received service from Audi Pittsburgh and they have a fantastic team. I not only love my vehicle, but the standards in their service department are unmatched. They are extremely informative, keep you updated throughout the entire process, and give you a detailed summary of the service upon pickup. The purchase process was also as smooth as it could be and took less time than expected,
