I have trusted these guys for about 15 years now. I send all my fleet, personal, and friends vehicles to them. Always fast, always professional. They have never tried to up charge or fix something that’s not broken. They only fix what’s needed and charge a reasonable rate. They have called and told me if they see something else and given a recommendation if it can wait or should be done now. Most recently I took my 2018 Tundra in after talking to 2 transmission shops that both of them only wanted to swap transmission for used transmission $6200 and $6500. I watched some YouTube videos and YouTube said it’s usually a certain solenoid. So I called Robert over at Auto 1 and talked to him about it. He said he would do some research and if it could be done he would do it. I called transmission shops first because I know a lot of mechanics won’t touch transmissions. But sure enough Auto 1 changed I believe 3 solenoids and cleaned up all the connections for only $1250 bucks and it’s back like new. I knew I should have called them first but I’ve always been told transmission are left to the specialist but I guess Auto 1 is the Specialist I was looking for!

I had a retired friend's Mercedes towed to Robert's Auto 1 Repair. I got slightly agitated when Robert had the car so long, but when we got it back it was fantastic. He went over and above what any prior mechanic has done to diagnosis the problems (a lot of test driving), did his best to get it repaired as cheaply as possible, and test drove it for a long period to make sure it would pass inspection. He was genuinely concerned that my friend get an older car back she could rely on. He also did some free work which is unheard of--I think because that was his way of apologizing for having the car as long as he did. I know he undercharged us a for issues he found after his original estimate. Robert and his shop are the most honest and best mechanics I've encountered in decades.

My mother had a transmission issue on her Nissan Rogue on a Sunday and ended up needing to tow her car to get serviced. After leaving them a message, Auto 1 Repair Center quickly followed up with her the next day and car was ready by Tuesday. Ogi was delightful and they also had someone who spoke Spanish that helped with her language barrier. Friendly staff, reasonable pricing and wonderful service!
