We pulled into Hurricane in our rental van from Las Vegas with a blown AC system on Friday, during a heat wave. We drove into Auto Air Conditioning Specialists first thing Monday with desperation and panic since we needed to be leaving for Moab early Tuesday. Mike had Tyler diagnosis, replace and deliver our van back to us Monday before close. If you want a mechanic that's dependable, looks after the customer and is trustworthy, these are your guys! I'd send my parents to this shop without hesitate.

My car was having serious AC issues. SO glad I phoned these guys! Long story short, after their initial steps, they did some investigative work that would’ve made Sherlock Holmes proud. They kept me posted while I waited there, and not only did they fix it well, they did it fast, and for a very fair price! I was so impressed that I also asked them to do some needed brake work, and like the AC, they did it well and at a fair price. Knowing they do various types of auto work, I’ll go back to them in the future. I rarely write a review, but Auto Air Conditioning Specialists deserve my highest recommendation!

I had a AC freon leak on my Lincoln navigator and originally took it to the local Ford dealer last year. They failed to find the leak and the extended warranty company would not pay up as no leak was detected. Cost me over $800 and the leak was not fixed. Anyway after 10 months go by the vehicle AC starting failing again. This time I got permission from the extended warranty company to take it to a specialist. Mike and his team work diligently to find the problem. They had to remove a lot of parts from the car to find the problem. Turns out the issue was a part in side the car for the rear AC which they found to be bad. They stuck with it until the problem was uncovered. Then on top of that Mike was able to get the warranty company to pick up 80% of the bill. Under the warranty contract I was supposed to pay for ALL diagnostic work, but Mike went to bat for me. Amazing work ethic and customer service. I highly recommend these guys for your auto repair business. You can't go wrong. Easily a 5 star review.

All I can say is WOW. Mike and his team are phenomenal. They went above and beyond ANYTHING I could have asked for. They dealt directly with my warranty company for me so I didn’t have too (Only shop in town that was willing too that I had contacted) and made it seamless and effortless on my part. He worked around my really rough schedule and all around just amazed me. Replaced my whole AC system and kept me updated through everything via phone call. Super great communication. I could go on for days about how amazing Mike and his team are but I’ll leave it at this. If you’re looking at any other shops in town, STOP. This is the one, you will not regret it. I took my wife's car into get the AC fixed. She is a special ED teacher and she couldn't drive it because it was getting too hot. They quoted me $1400-$1800. Not unreasonable for labor and parts because it was leaking everywhere and need just about everything replaced. I told them that I was on a fixed income and couldn't afford it so I agreed to pay for the labor to tear it all apart $300ish. He say my purple heart plates and asked if I was a disabled veteran. I told him I was and he offered to give me a "huge" discount. He insisted on taking care of me. He called me and said that it was ready to go. He had also fixed her windshield wipers! I can tell you that I have NEVER been taken care of like this. I couldn't be more grateful.... Please give them all the business you can. Thank you guys soo much!!! Edit: picked up my car and met the owner. Salt of the earth type guy. I find out they do all kinds of mechanical work. He has a customer for life as far as I'm concerned. He even replaced my wife's wiper blades! Can't thank this crew enough!

Thank you Auto Air Conditioning Specialists! I called the shop on a Friday afternoon in a panic over my failing A/C and Mike fit me in first thing Monday. The guys were awesome; friendly, professional, knowledgeable. The communication was great, every step was discussed, and the only surprise was that my bill was lower than I had anticipated (that’s never happened!). Most importantly, my A/C blows ice cold! I am so pleased with these guys. My air conditioning in the rear of my GMC Yukon went out just as we arrived in southern Utah for the Fourth of July holiday. Luckily for us they were open on the Fourth of July for a half a day. We took it in first thing in the morning, not confident that we would be able to have a fix by the time they closed. These guys are amazing. They were able to find the part we needed and get it fixed by the time they close. They gave us an estimate for the repair and when we went to pick it up, they indicated they actually needed to do a little bit more work to replace something else. They indicated they were not going to charge us because they wanted to keep the total cost to the same estimated price they gave earlier in the morning. I am so grateful for these guys! We arrived in Southern Utah for the Fourth of July weekend on vacation when our air-conditioning went out on our vehicle. We noticed it the night before the holiday. Luckily for us, these guys were open for a half a day on the Fourth of July. I arrived shortly after they opened and asked if there was any possible way they could get us fixed before they closed. They gave me great confidence that they would give it their best. They delivered! They saved our family vacation. They were able to fix the air conditioning and get us back to our vacation. Dash A/C in our motorhome was not working. Read the reviews for here and called them. Tom booked us in for the very next morning! Mike and Tom took care of us right away, even though our RV was too large to get into the service bay. Mike and his team are excellent! Brought in my Subaru Outback after the ac stopped working. Turns out my ac compressor gave out. They got my ac working again, but also figured out the reason for my compressor breaking down and were able to fix that too so hopefully it doesn’t happen again. They do great work!
