I bought tires online on the app and also set an appointment for them to put on the tires. My options for an installing appointment went up til 7pm. I chose the 5pm slot. I got an email and text confirmation of my appointment. I showed up at 4:50 and when I went in was told they close at 5 and everyone was going home. I was told they always close at 5. So I got off work early and drove 30 minutes for a confirmed appointment that was never going to happen. Very disappointing.

If I could give zero stars I would, worst Walmart store and customer experience ever experienced in my life and I have been to a lot across the country. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE! They will potentially destroy it. If it's a Sunday (or any day really) go to Costco!!!!!!!! It's better to wait a day and be late than take it to this shop. They totalled my car. Please read the other reviews prior to going they are 200% accurate. An improper oil change lead to an oil leak and finally engine knock on my car. It's similar to other posters as there is no quality control in place at this location The list of people you should avoid and make sure you get names of management: 1. Brent - Auto group Manager Evasive, rude, lying and inconsiderate 2. Chris - Brents manager Does nothing to hold the team accountable or institute any quality measures 3. Stephanie - #1439 store manager Letting Chris and Brent do whatever they want to customers. There is no ownership, followup or accountability 4. Trevor Cuff - Regional director I was given his information by the NV regional team as they said the incident was bad enough to bring to his attention. Called multiple times over a week. No answer, no return. I was stuck as it was a Sunday and needed an oil change. This team did not put on an o-ring on my car with 30k miles and totalled it as a result. 4 weeks later still no car and none of the above people have returned a call when it became clear they were at fault. Do not take any cars here for any minor work. Please do not take any cars here for that matter, Walmart really needs to investigate this crew and review this location

I couldn’t believe my visit today. I sat in my car for 20 minutes before I gave up and went inside to make someone talk to me. Then it took two hours to get it all done. With only one car in front of me. It was an oil change. After a while of walking around the store I went to the back to wait. There was another gentleman waiting there. I watched as the manager tried to scam him with bad tires. He brought in a tire to show him how bad it was. The gentleman knew his tires fortunately and it wasn’t even the right brand. You could tell the manager was embarrassed for being caught. When it was done they hadn’t reset things in my car and I still had to wait again for that. They were not friendly and had no clue what they were doing. The manager walked out before checking my car, which he said he would do. They had no change in the register and couldn’t even get it open to help customers. I was shocked at how bad the whole thing was. It just kept getting worse. I would for sure not waste my time going there if I were you. I am a little nervous about what may have happened to my car after watching the guy get lied to.

If I could give negative stars I would. This was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. The estimated time of completion was 3 hours for 4 tires. That didn’t happen. Left the car and returned the next day (over 24 hours later). When I pulled up I immediately noticed that they had put the WRONG tires on. They had put on some of the cheapest tires they had in the store. After telling them this, it then took almost 45 minutes to get a manager to come back and help get the problem resolved. I left the car again because I knew it would be hours, again, for them to get the correct tires installed.

I went in and had them check my brake lights because they were not working and I had checked the fuses. I should have checked the lights themselves but I didn't and that ended up being the problem. The reason I am writing this and giving them 5 stars is because of the mechanic diagnosed and replaced the bulbs But refused to charge me any labor just $6 for the bulbs. Nowadays you just don't see that and I left with a big smile on my face so thank you!!!

BEWARE!!! I read the previous reviews so I decided to go in and ask the manager about them since they do not respond online. I asked for the manager and no one would say who it was, so I talked to Mathew and asked him about what I had read nicely I might add. He just looked at me and chuckled then turned and walked away. I said where are you going and he sculked away. I would advise not untrusting your vehicle with them for anything!

Got two new front tires on my genesis coupe and they put the wrong valve stems on and I got a flat on freeway and it ruined the new tire, lucky I made it to the Bloomington location and they fixed all the mistakes for free, don’t bring your car here in my opinion they don’t care for your safety or car

I have waited for an attendant to come to talk to me for around 40 minutes and he was interested in selling tires instead of solving my problem. Today it was definitely a very bad experience and I hope that they hear my feedback and fix the customer service experience.

I got here early and I was so excited to be the first one in, they got the vehicle done within 45 minutes, love going her because of the price. My vehicle ran for one day and I broke down Monday morning, I was like crap shouldn't have done an oil change at walmart. I opened the engine and they left the air flow hose off that attaches to the air filter. I asked them to check it and they said it was fine but they didn't put it back together. It was a rough morning waiting for a tow truck and trying to figure out why my car was now broken. In the end found the problem and not sure if saving 40.00 is worth it anymore after the hassle of going into work late and the stress that was placed on me on a Monday morning. Please Please be thorough in your work you can't skip a simple process, can you imagine if my car stopped running on the free way and I got hit and in a bad accident.

First off all I ask is communication. I showed up at 645. Was the first person in line. I walked around walmart for an hour and they still hadn't brought my car in. They then said we'll we are going to do others before yours. I asked why they didn't communicate that with me and the lady said she didnt need to. She was very rude. I dont understand how you have someone like her working the counter and talking with people.

Following a terrible experience at the Bloomington Walmart where they told me they didn’t have any plugs to fix my tire, it turned out my tire needed to be replaced, not plugged! Enter Brandon at the Washington location—he stepped in, took charge, and got everything handled like a pro in less than an hour! He even pro-rated the tire, giving me a fantastic price! Don’t go to this tire center! What a waste of time, I went in for a flat tire repair. They claimed it was my valve stem and repaired it. However, they ruined my tire and I had to get it replaced because the valve wouldn’t read for tire pressure, it kept reading all over the place. Also we couldn’t even fill up the tire with air cause the valve didn’t work. I ended up going to discount tire to get it fixed correctly. Even when I left the “low tire pressure” was still on. Why didn’t they pay attention to that when they started the car to move it. A complete joke

This is the worst place you can come to get your oil changed. I made my appointment at 5 p.m., and when I arrived, they told me it would take a little longer because they were short-staffed. After waiting almost two hours, they told me they couldn't do it because they were short-staffed. I will never come back here again.

Made the mistake of thinking they could handle a simple oil change. They tightened the oil drain plug like it was supposed to hold the whole car together and dented the bottom like they were using an impact driver to tighten the plug. So if you’re looking to get screwed over and have you automobile come out worse than when you dropped it off for their service this picture is what to expect.

I feel robbed of $6.99. This was the charge for being $1 under the minimum purchase cost for groceries. When I realized and tried to add an item to my order to bring it up to $35 minimum order I just got the AI runaround. Lesson learned the hard way.

I wasn't very happy with the person at Washington at all. I didn't know they started doing appointments. Plus the lady come up ask my husband if she can pop up the hood. I thought was weird. We have gone there be never had this problem before. Plus the same person went around car check it out. I never had no one did that before also. She was weird person. She told person 2 car head they have going 1 hour. So we came back 1 half. I notice there was truck head car. That person check lied to us. They have customer service. Then the guy I talk to he told me it going be 15 min. He work in side. No one works as team together. They are very bad team. And we left came back talk some else then notice car move on other side. Ask how long going be said going be any where 20 to 30 longer. We was there from 1 :30 PM 3:30PM they put us at last car. They need give discount. For been there 2 hour longer. They took all appointments. We was told the other 2 was in front was ahead. They need get straight up. Be right page. Customer service has gone down . That is very bad service how you treat people. Make them wait. When no has no ideal going. Not let other employees going on, special in side. Let them how much have wait. Make them wait.
