My trailer breaks went out our way home from St. George on a Saturday morning so I called around and Chris was the only guy who answered. He meet up with us within 30 minutes of me calling and got us back on the road in another 30 minutes. Would highly recommend!

I was referred to Chris by a friend and he completely surpassed my expectations. I needed a small, new part to my old tent trailer and Chris came to me super quick. He took a look at the old part I thought needed replacing, and he showed me how he could quickly repair it without needing to replace. A few minutes later and it was completely fixed, no need to buy a new part. Chris was fast, friendly, and focused on taking care of me, not focused on making the bigger sale. I highly recommend him and will be using him again.

Chris was great! I needed my bearings packed on my travel trailer. I called Chris he answered the phone promptly, and was very knowledgeable. Chris was able to come to the campground that same day, and by just asking me a few simple questions, he had all the parts with him when he arrived. He never had to leave to go get parts and drag out the repair..Not only did he complete the bearing pack, Chris actually took the time to talk with me and answer all my questions. (I never felt rushed or that I was taking up his time asking him questions). Chris obviously cares about his customers. I was very impressed with his customer service. I highly recommend Chris and his company for any trailer repairs you may need!!

Great guy and does awesome work. We were told by a different person that we needed to replace the whole axle but On The Go showed up and said all we need is a few parts and it fixed our issue with no problems! Very good work and a good man!

On a holiday weekend (': Chris happened to have two different options in power jacks when I completely expected to have to wait until the Tuesday following memorial day weekend. He was great, im so grateful. Truly a trailer angel when I needed one. Will always go to him when im in the area and recommend others to do the same!

Thank God for Chris! Hubs and I broke both springs on our 42’ fifth wheel and were stranded just outside of St. George. Chris came to our rescue and we were back on the road in no time. Thank you for braving our repair in the storm and getting us back on the road.

We had such a great experience. We woke up to no power. We called and he was out to us within a hour. On the go trailer repair made this stressful time in our lives a whole lot less stressful and for that we are grateful. 5 star service!

Installed the wrong batteries on our trailer and then argued for hours about it. They didn’t fit and used a greasy broken ratchet strap to hold them in place. Took it camping and the electrical gave us major problems, batteries only lasted minutes. Had it diagnosed at another RV place and they made note he used the wrong voltage batteries. We were out $250 getting it diagnosed and asked Chris for some compensation since he failed to do the job right. He agreed and said his “accountant” would mail us a check. We’ve been waiting on that check for some time now….

RUN FOR THE HILLS. I ignored my gut and gave Chris a $600 deposit. He promised the world and didn't come thru on ANY of his promises. He never even TOUCHED my trailer. No matter what you do, do NOT give Chris any money. After texting and calling him for 5 months, wondering when he would fix my trailer, I finally had to cut my losses and go with another company that doesn't steal deposits from people and lie. What a joke. 0 stars.

Had a scary wheel situation on a Saturday morning in 112° heat and Chris returned my call, I sent some pics, and he came out and got us rolling again. Saved our trip to our son's wedding. Highly recommend.

Chris, from On The Go Mobile Trailer Repair, inspected my trailer on 23 May, 2022 for a problem with tire rub and recommended replacing all four leaf springs due to age and sagging. I agreed and he ordered the parts. When he came out to start the job on 25 May, 2022 he found that one of the springs was broken causing the problem and recommended only replacing that one since it was obvious that that was the problem. I agreed but on 30 May, 2022 (600+ miles later) I had the same problem with tire rub on the opposite side. Since it was Memorial Day I had to wait until the next day to get anyone to return my calls. When the mobile mechanic inspected the springs he found the opposite spring had also broke and the new spring was twisted due to the axle moving back and forth. He told me that he never replaces just the spring on one side. Another problem I had from the work Chris did was that he separated a wire going to the brake on that side and didn’t notice it. So I drove the 600+ miles with only three (3) working brakes. I contacted Chris and sent him photos of the problem and asked for some consideration on my bill. He said he would look at it a let me know. I had to follow up with him several times and he said he would send me a check. I haven’t heard from him since. In my opinion Chris, although a very nice guy, doesn’t really know and understand trailer suspension. I give him credit for not replacing all four springs but he should have replaced at least two.

I called Chris because I needed to get out of town and my trailer plug wasn’t working. He came out right away immediately and fix the issue. Chris is a great businessman and appreciate his prompt service and reasonable price for coming out. I highly recommend him.

Avoid this company at all costs. I had the owner come out to look at my boat trailer and I paid him to replace the receiver which broke and the brakes. He finished and I paid him and then when I took the boat over to my storage the boat trailer came off the hitch and smashed into my truck costing $2,000 in damages. He told me he should I have tightened the receiver better and didn’t even offer to help with the damages. Instead he said he’d come out and replace the receiver which he hasn’t done. This was last winter and he’s avoided all my numerous attempts to contact him. I even told him I would be taking action and he hasn’t responded. This guy has zero accountability and zero integrity.

We blew a leaf spring on I-15 on a Sunday in Utah when everything is closed! Thank goodness Chris came to us south of Cedar City at a gas station and fixed everything right up. Communication was good, price was fair and he was very nice and professional. High recommend!

I can't say enough good things about this guy. He saved us last year at 7am with broken bearings on our trailer. The same damn thing happened again this year on our way home. Miraculously we were in the same city where it happened and he got over to us quickly and had us back on the road again. If you need ANY trailer/RV help this is your guy. Thank you again!!! 🙏

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!! I’ll tell you your exact experience if you use Chris. He will be a sweet talker and promise the world get you comfortable enough to give him a deposit. DO NOT GIVE HIM ANY MONEY! Or allow him to take your trailer. The saying “Rob Peter to pay Paul…” that’s Chris and this company. He collects a deposit and never orders the parts or material to fix your trailer. I had a bad experience back in 2022. He collected a $3000 deposit from me and held my trailer hostage for 6 months. Let me save you a headache! Read more reviews it’s a common thing for this thief. People in present day are reaching out to me to help them get their deposit back or recover their trailer because I was successful. Chris should not be in business and I will continue to Ecco this until he is no longer successful. I’ll attach a picture of my trailer that I had to fix myself and recovered after held hostage for over 6 months.

Chris was very much appreciated! I broke a leaf spring on my utility trailer that I thought was going to ruin my entire weekend. Chris was willing to make the 1hr plus drive to come out to get us back on the road, so that our weekend in the hills was not totally ruined. Long story short, he made all the repairs without us having to be there. Venmo made it easy to get him paid for parts and labor and off we went without ever actually having to shake the man’s hand. Thank you again for your help!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! I came to Chris back in 2022 to fix my enclose trailer that was in an accident. He was super cool and seemed like a guy I could trust. He gave me an estimate and said he needed $3000 deposit to order parts right away to get it fixed. I gave him the $3000 July of 2022. Each month that would go by I would ask how the process was going. He would respond with parts are still coming. He gave this excuse for 6 months then I began to become impatient because he would now not return my phone calls or text messages. I would have to swing by his dirt lot where my trailer is located multiple times a week to catch him in person to see what was going on. Only excuses were given and I was still being respectful and patient, he promised me that my trailer would be done end of Jan 2023… when I came to his yard and zero progress was made. I texted him I was coming to pick up my trailer and I would be expecting a $3000 refund. When I went to pick my trailer up he removed both axels so I could not pick it up. Another 2 months have gone by so he removed the damaged door and trim pieces to make it look like something is moving forward but now sits in his yard getting water damage with all the rain we have been receiving. I sadly have had to get an attorney involved to help resolve this 8 month long process. We found out he never ordered the parts and material for my trailer. Chris is a good talker but not one to get the job done and take your money. DO NOT USE!!!!

Unfortunately there are only a few people that are true to their word and the owner Chris is not one of them. He promised a good job on my new trailer that had warranty issues and all he did is make it worse. He promised it would be completed in 3 weeks in turn it took months, then after I paid his office he had his phone shut off or blocked me because he knew I would see his unprofessional work that he performed. The door to my generator was broken, the lights in the ceiling were broke the battery was disconnected and never hooked up correctly there’s scratches in the repairs that he did do and now won’t return my calls. I would not recommend him.

Rolled into town with a likely bent axle based on our unusual tire wear. Chris came over the next day to assess the situation. The axle was bent as expected. We gave him a deposit, he immediately ordered the parts and installed them 1 week later for us. We upgraded to 6000 lb axles, and we are back up and running. Chris was easy to communicate with, was very knowledgeable, and had 2 axles replaced within a couple of hours. We had great service and are thankful for the quick response.
