I very recently discovered RENU SERVICE, and Riley and Grant, in St George for my Audi Q5. It seems to me that it is a rare pleasure to find a reputable, very knowledgeable/competent Audi/ Porsche/ VW specialist professional that is thorough, efficient at diagnosing the issue, and which I can have 100% confidence in honestly fixing my Q5. Basically, I can not speak higher for their service. Besides their professional competency, the best I can explain is that they actually care about doing a great service, at a fair price, and solving my problem. And beyond that, they go the extra mile helping my schedule in a very timely manner, as I'm 40 miles from St George. I'm older, and honestly its like lucky finding two new friends that happen to specialize in my Audi and which I can feel full confidence in their integrity. They told me the part that I purchased was defective and it would cost another 1700 on top of the 1100 I allready spent. After agreeing to let them work on it they said it would be another 4200 to fix the leak and it wasn’t a defective part after all. I declined. A 5 hour job took them 2 weeks and the car still leaks. The kid in line behind me said they could not fix his car as he was picking it up. The mechanics are really young. It put me 2 weeks and a lot of money behind . The kid at the desk is nice though.

After another local auto repair shop told me my luxury import car needed about $5k in repairs after performing my 70k mile checkup, I brought the car to Renu for a second opinion, based upon a recommendation from the SLC dealer. Turns out that the repairs weren’t required after all. Excellent auto service. I've found a great place to take care of my TBird. ---- Update. A+++ A few months after my first review, RENU scores again. They took on the tough job of repairing the worn out components on my classic TBird's transmission. It's as good as new again. Including sourcing the shifter assembly from a junkyard since that part is no longer produced by Ford. The whole process took a couple of weeks while they diagnosed and found parts. All through the process, they kept me up-to-date and took care of me with a nice loaner car. An actual Porsche Cayenne. Thanks again guys. You're the best.

I honestly don’t know what I would’ve done without Renu Auto repair. I had a vehicle malfunction warning pop up suddenly during my recent road trip. I found this place on Google. From the moment I called Renu Auto repair, I was met with exceptional customer service. To my surprise they were able to fit me in right away!! When I arrived at the shop I was impressed but how quickly they figured out the issue. Within a few minutes my car was taken in for fixing. I really appreciate that they did not try to upsell me on unnecessary services. My car was ready in 30 minutes. Overall, I had an excellent experience at Renu. Great customer service by a team of professionals who seem to know what they are doing. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable car repair shop. 5 stars all the way!

Our Audi S5 recently developed an oil leak. I was thinking it would cost $$$, so I drove to another auto shop (recommended by a friend), but I didn't get a good vibe. The Google search commenced and we found Renu Auto. Nice clean business! The first contact was with Joseph, who sold the deal. He knows his business and you can tell he enjoys it! I’ve had Renu Auto work on my Audi RS6 multiple times—radar detector installs, details, general work—and their service has always been top-tier. These guys have integrity, they communicate clearly, and you can trust them with high-end vehicles without a second thought. My most recent experience really drove that home. I had a new truck with a heated steering wheel issue, so I took it to the Ford dealership. They kept the vehicle for days, ordered parts, charged for labor, and ultimately told me the repair didn’t fix anything. Then they claimed the radar detector hardwire caused the problem and that I now needed a new body control module and other electrical work—none of it covered under warranty. They quoted me over $2,000 out of pocket. I took the truck to Renu Auto instead. Within 20 minutes they found that the dealership had pulled multiple fuses and never replaced them. They corrected that, got my radar detector working again, scanned everything, and—most importantly—my heated steering wheel works perfectly now. No thousands-of-dollars repair. No runaround. Just actual competence. Renu Auto saved me a massive headache and a lot of money. They’ve earned all of my future business, whether it’s detailing, installs, or repairs on my Audi or any other vehicle I own. Highly recommend.
