Been here a couple times previously in both my cars for oil changes. The service has been great and the prices have been fair. Our latest visit was because we hit a curb and our car was making some noises. I was worried it was a suspension issue or broken wheel bearing. Turns out it was the wheel skirt rubbing against the tire. Dixie automotive didn't even charge me for the diagnostic! They are honest and trustworthy. Probably could have tricked me out of a couple hundred dollars, but instead they got a loyal customer and my highest recommendation.

I will go here for all future services! They were honest to me when I went to them for a second opinion. I went to Grease Monkey, by Costco, for an oil change and they told me my 2022 Jeep needed all 4 break pads replaced. They said they were at 4mm and quoted me $400. Tom at Dixie Automotive called me and said that they are at 7.5mm and do not need replaced. I am thankful they are honest with me!

These guys are genuinely some of the best people to work with. I brought in my rebuilt title car that was having air conditioning problems. Although they couldn’t find out what the problem was at the beginning, they told me to bring it in and that they’d work on it for free to make sure I got what I paid for. Turns out my car got hit harder than I thought, and the fix is still to be determined. But through all that they worked countless hours to find the fix for free to make it right. Tom, the guy at the front desk is more patient and willing to work with you than anybody I’ve dealt with in customer service. I highly recommend these guys. They’ll definitely work with you even if you have a junky car like mine;)
