As a female, I always dread the moment. Something goes wrong with my car… this place was absolutely amazing. I never felt so comfortable in a mechanic shop in my entire life. Everybody was kind upfront honest and I can say from shopping around, I definitely paid way under than what any other shop quoted me. I will never take my Mercedes anywhere else, this is a place especially for you girls who are scared to even enter these type of shops. This is a place for you!

I just had my Porsche Carrera 4S serviced at Deutschland, they did a great job as usual. The only way I would have been happier is if they were closer to me. I have to drive 45 miles to get to the shop, but it's well worth it. I would gladly recommend them to anyone needing service on their car.

I can’t say enough good things about Deutschland Autowerks. Their attention to detail and commitment to going above and beyond truly set them apart. I recently brought my Audi Q5 in for an issue, expecting I’d need to come back another day for the service. To my surprise, they were able to squeeze me in right away and take care of everything on the spot — saving me an extra trip. The team was professional, efficient, and very fair with their pricing. My experience has been one of completely surpassed expectations, and it’s clear they genuinely care about their customers. I wouldn’t take my car anywhere else!

A truly unsolicited testimonial: Traveling through from Grand Junction our 2020 VW Golf was giving emission warning signals followed by a 50% loss in power requiring immediate attention before our return home. Although they were booked, Deutschland Autowerks told me to bring the car in at 1:00 p.m. I arrived early, the mechanics bays were full and all mechanics were out to lunch, but at 1:00 p.m. they pulled my car into a bay and immediately diagnosed the issue which was a loose connection between the turbo and injection systems. The problem was solved, testing showed no faults as before, the car runs as it should. I am back on the road and happy as a clam with only a 1 hour labor bill! This shop was perfect in every way, I cannot overstate my appreciation for their professionalism, I give them my unconditional recommendation!

The guys at Deutschland Autowerks were great! My Sprinter broke down near St George Utah while I was heading to California. I had it towed to the local Mercedes (MB) dealership where they told me what the damages were and the cost to repair. After hearing a $12,000 quote from MB, I looked for other options. I found Deutschland on the internet. They had great reviews and specialized in Sprinters! I had to leave back home to Colorado and did everything by phone. Great communication and I knew what was going all the time. They even worked with me to hold the van at their shop so that I could get a plane ticket at a lower cost. I did have one unexpected cost. They found a torn CV boot on the left front axle. This is something that MB didn't find and would've caused issues further down the road. All in all, my bill originally was less than half of what MB was going to charge. The axle bought the bill up but it was still 60-65 percent cheaper than the original estimate from MB. When I flew in from Colorado to pick up the van, Keith was right there to pick me up at the airport. I hope to never to see Keith or Jameson again because of a breakdown but if I ever have issues again in Utah, I wouldn't hesitate to do business there again!

I had a great experience with this mechanic shop and would highly recommend them. They were honest, trustworthy, and very friendly from start to finish. They took the time to explain everything clearly and never tried to upsell or pressure me into unnecessary work. The service was completed in a timely manner, and they even went out of their way to help me, which really meant a lot. On top of that, the waiting area and bathroom were clean and comfortable, which is always appreciated. It’s not easy to find a mechanic you can truly trust, but this shop has definitely earned my business going forward.

I can’t say enough good things about Deutschland Auto works. They worked on my SL500 and did an outstanding job. From the moment I brought my car in, they were professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly thorough.
