I visited the Redcliffs location today to get an oil change done. The costumer service at this location is amazing. Steven was very helpful, respectful and friendly. All needed maintenance was clearly explained and I never felt pressured to get any of those services done. They started working on my car right away and I was in and out in no time. Hey ladies don't feel nervous to come to this location. They even have female staff working on cars and there was no hidden fees nor extra charges.

No appointment necessary, just show up and follow the signs! An employee comes out quickly, pulls your car into the shop, quickly approves everything that needs to be done. I didn’t feel like they were making anything up to get money out of my car (which is refreshing when it comes to car maintenance). Overall quick, honest, and efficient experience. 10/10 recommend!

The employees and service was amazing. I will not be returning to this location! It’s the second time I experienced the manager Steven disrespect his young hardworking employees. He was yelling and the tech that was so kind to help us. The guests and I in lobby could hear it and it’s unprofessional and disrespectful it made us uncomfortable today! I talked with the regional manager he will address this! The young kids working hard do not need to be treated this way! I watched them service my truck they did nothing wrong! Sean is an amazing regional manager. I hope he fixes this issue for the employees.

I have loved this shop and have been going to them for over a year. We'll today they trashed my truck leaving oil rags in my glove compartment, grease on the doors inside and out also getting dirt and crap on the floors on both side. I just had my truck cleaned.

2025,I've used Jiffy lube for over 5 years for oil changes on my 2 tacomas,yesterday I had an oil change..I came park my truck in my driveway and this morning I back out and there's an oil puddle on my driveway. So I take it to a garage to see if they can tell me if im leaking oil,so the mechanic gets underneath my truck and comes back out and says the drain plug is leaking,which never leaked before So I call jiffy and talk to a manager and he says because the mechanic that looked at it just to see where it was leaking they cant help me fix it .

I used their service twice. A couple of weeks ago for an oil change with great service. After they completed the oil change I talked about new tires for my car. I was given several options for tires and I told the service tech I would come back a few days later after i could have some time to decide. On Wednesday the 18th I went in and ordered the tires and set the 20th to have them mounted. So far great experience with the workers.
