Fix Auto is an excellent business. The shop is very clean and very organized. The work on my vehicle, was scheduled for 2 days, but was fully completed in just over a half day. The work was completed in an excellent manner, and my vehicles look so amazing again. I will only take my to Fix Auto for collision repair, and my decision is based on looking at 3 other shops for my collision repair.

First, Dakota was fantastic to work with. He was respectful and knowledgeable. We initially were going to Dixie auto body with our insurance (They were horrible to work with. Customer service, communication, etc.) But after being transferred here, it was great. We had a few hiccups along the way but they resolved them and took care of us, which made it worth dealing with snags. Just because of the owner/manager & how he communicates, his demeanor, efficiency, and work done, we will be returning for any work we need done in the future.

They even said they fixed my bumper but it wasn’t up to their standards so they did it again and ended up ordering a new bumper so it was up to their standards! This was such an amazing experience! This team treated me so incredibly well. They were thorough, fast and so kindly accommodating!
