First time in the shop, walking in the door, see a dude with a badass beard at the counter. Already knew this had to been Brandon who I spoke to on the phone. He put his hand out for a shake. It’s the small things that resonate and display a man’s honor and trust. Went on to shoot the sheet with Brandon and Terence. Those dudes taught me some great things right there. For the work done on the car, top tier. I’ll be honest I’m a dude that’s always had trouble dropping his car off to a shop. Might be a control thing, might be a I like to diy it myself thing. But tell you what, these dudes I trust and respect. Brandon’s gotta great team.

We are from Salt Lake and we took a trip down to St. George to visit our grandparents and when we went to head home on Sunday, I noticed a puddle of antifreeze under our Chrysler Pacifica. I didn't trust my car to make the drive so I stayed another night and tried to find a shop that could get us in the next morning (Monday). After 4 other shops had told me they couldn't even look at my car, I was about to give up hope but another shop recommended Flex Auto Center. I gave them a call and they got me right in and made my car a priority since they knew I was from out of town. They diagnosed the issue quickly and had the parts on hand to complete the repair. I have a 3rd party warranty that I wanted to use and Andrea was amazing and got in touch with the warranty company quick and stayed on top of them to get everything approved through them and they had my car finished that same day. I was able to drive home that night and get back to my family and work. Would highly highly recommend this shop to anyone who lives in the St. George area or that finds themselves there with car troubles. Very impressed with the professionalism and quality of work that was completed.

Brandon and his team really saved the day. Our brakes went out on our 2017 F-250 and they really took the time to make sure my family and I were safe! Everything went well car running great so far. Would go back to this location my only issue with any garage not just this one. When you take a car in to any place to get fixed plan on between 1000 to 2000 dollars. Just the way it is I guess.

I found out that my wheels needed to be aligned after a tire rotation by the company that sold me the tires. They said that I would have to go to the dealership because they didn't have the OEM tools. I looked at the reviews of local repair shops online before deciding on a place to do the work. My experience with Flex Auto was exceptional. I was visiting from Las Vegas. I was on my way to pick up my son for a very important meeting. I stopped for gas and inadvertently put diesel fuel in my gas engine truck. I was stuck. I called Flex Auto and they immediately took control of my situation. They knew exactly what needed to be done to flush the diesel out of the gas tank and because I didn't have time to wait for a tow truck, they arranged for my truck to be picked up and brought to their shop. My son picked me up and we were able to make it to the meeting. After the meeting we went to Flex Auto, they had already flushed the diesel from the tank twice and were preparing to do a final flush. They said to come back in an hour and my truck would be ready to go. I picked it up went back home to Las Vegas. Flex Auto made my day. First time using Flex, where I had them address a host of issues with a 32 year old F-150 that my son wants to inherit. Wow! The truck is running great and I've rediscovered why I love it, but the big deal is that I've found my new go to for a mechanic shop! Andrea at the front desk is a joy to work with... genuine, knows her stuff, and really listens.
