I recently had my windshield replaced at AutoGlass Now in Metairie, Louisiana, and I’m extremely disappointed with the experience. After the service, I realized that my cigar lighter was missing from my truck. I called to speak with someone about it, and the woman I spoke with was dismissive, gave me the runaround, and never acknowledged my concern. This level of service is completely unsatisfactory. When you trust a shop with your vehicle, the least you expect is honesty, accountability, and basic customer service. Unfortunately, I didn’t receive any of that here. I’m not pleased at all with how this situation was handled.

Great place and great customer service. I needed a windshield replacement and they got me in first thing the next day and my car was ready in less than an hour. A week later another rock chipped my window- they got me in same day and fixed it for me. Can’t recommend enough

I cannot say enough about the service I received from Brittney Bailey and Jennifer. These three women are the backbone of this place. Even when customers were screaming at them, they stayed calm, professional, and patient — something not everyone can do. They go above and beyond, treating people with kindness and respect, and even offered me coffee while I waited. Their work ethic, compassion, and ability to handle stressful situations with grace are truly unmatched. Employees like Brittney , Bailey and Jennifer deserve recognition and appreciation for all they do. I highly recommend this location because of them.

Avoid taking your vehicle to this facility if you own a European model vehicle or don't mind a sloppy job. It’s better to spend more and choose a reputable service like Satellite or the dealer ( a company who takes pride in their craft.) My experience was very disappointing— There Tech broke both of my pillars on my Range Rover, The front desk said the windshield can be changed without breaking the 2 sides pillars molding, but I will need new clips. However, the slim African American did a sloppy job. The way the pillars were broken in half, that showed me he did not try to take his time, especially how sloppy of a job it was with glass all over my dash board still after fully completed & glue sticking out in the interior as if he used entirely too much. My sensor in the windshield is fogged out. I hate I went there... RIDICULOUS It going to cost me another $783.15 to fix their incompetence. Have to buy 2 more pillars/moldings over $350. plus clips at $9.00 a piece & get the moldings painted to match. He didn't even calibrate the windshield back. I was better off just paying the dealership. I went to the facility for the new windshield installation. I was taken with 20 minutes of wait time and finished in less than 45 minutes. From that point, I figured something was going to be wrong. I can't give 5 stars because the new windshield wasn't cleaned properly. Glass all over dash interior. Overuse of black glue. 2 x broken pillars moldings. The inside of the windshield was streaky, indicating a poor cleaning job. They need to fire that worker, I feel I should be reimbursed. I definitely shouldn't have paid for the windshield considering how sloppy of a job was done. Need to hire people who want to work, & like what they do. He's definitely not the guy.

Truly an awesome experience! Walked in and it took less than seven minutes to make a really convenient appointment for the next day. Brought the car in at appointment time and in two hours got a call saying they were finished. The price was incredible. Actually cheaper than had we used our insurance. The sales and service staff are very attentive and knowledgeable and we were more than satisfied throughout this process. We highly recommend!

Super sloppy job, I would have gave them less Stars but the office lady offered to clean the interior. My confidence in their ability was already ruined by the fact that the window doesn't look like it's seated in there correctly I'd rather clean it myself cuz I feel like I'm going to have to anyway and sure enough as soon as I got in the light the whole windshield is dirty as hell. No pride at all.

The service was good and fast. The employees were nice as well. I just didn't like that I did a quote online and received one amount, called the local number and received another amount. I called the number in the email to see why the amount was different and she gave me another amount. Then after all of that one of the associates at the location called me back and said her boss was taking off $20 which would bring the price down to the amount the online associate gave me over the phone not the amount I received in the email.

UPDATED - had to come back for a chip and they took care of me immediately. Twice in less than a few months. Friendly, quick honest, and fair prices. Staff, pricing, and work were amazing. I've seen some bad reviews for these guys but I don't know why. If I could give a 6th star I would. In and out in 90 minutes.
