Called the day my windshield cracked. They were able to get me in the next day in the shop and could have come to me if I needed the day after. Everyone was very nice and explained everything very well. Price was fantastic. Literally half what satellite was requesting. Warranty policy is also great. Overall it was an awesome experience and hopefully I won't need it, but would use them again happily!!

So the staff was very friendly, but unfortunately, I waited around for a couple hours and they installed a chipped piece of glass… I now have to go back and wait around for a few more hours. Anyway you guys could comp a pair of windshield wipers or give me some type of discount for this massive inconvenience and I can change this two star review to a five star. Overall, I loved the people but come on guys. You gotta doublecheck stuff like that once the work is finished or ideally notice it in the first place, so the chipped glass is never installed. (Not easy to wait around the waiting room for 2 to 3 hours with a three year-old)

Fast and easy my only complaint is their candle aggravated my asthma so I shave waited in the car. Unfortunately I realized to late. We have had 3 pieces of glasses repaired or replaced and it’s been easy and quick each time.

We were on the road during our honeymoon and a dump truck didn't have his load covered, when he hit a bump while passing us a rock came out of his truck and smacked into our windshield! I got 3 quotes from other places and by far Auto Glass now was the best price hands down and their service is AMAZING! Never going ANYWHERE else for auto glass repair and install!

Staff arrived late, "due to traffic" but I managed to arrive on time with a 30-minute drive. Staff are super nice and what keeps this star count up. The facility would really benefit by a good cleaning. I would never expect a car related repair business to be white glove ready but a bit of tidy up goes a long way.

I just wanted to take a minute to let you and anyone reading this, know of my experience with this company. I had my windsield replaced on my vehicle several weeks ago. Many people are quick to post about disappointments but I am posting about my satisfaction. It could not have been any better. The front office was great to work with and very polite and professional. They worked around my schedule and got me on the schedule very quickly. While waiting in the waiting area, all the employees I came in contact with were very pleasant. This is the first time I have used their services, but certainly WILL NOT be the last time. The price was less than I anticipated, and the details on the workmanship were extremely professional. I highly reccomend anyone needing auto glass service to check them. You will not be disappointed.

This place is amazing! For our cracked windshield, USAA connected us to Safelite, who gave a quote then added a $39.99 “recycle” fee! We questioned this fee and was told they didn’t install on vehicles the age of our 1995 GMC truck! USAA made contact with AutoGlassNow and we got a quote for less with NO “recycle” fee. Our experience with the shop in Fredericksburg, VA was remarkable. Our new windshield was in and our truck was out in record time, the crew was extremely efficient and welcomed our return if there was any problem . We are totally satisfied with the service we received, and by the way, when we paid our bill, it was LESS than our quote. We will definitely be referring them to our family and friends.
