Imagine taking your vehicle to someone that you can trust and not worrying about workmanship, quality and honest, friendly service. That's what Parrish is all about. Over the years Parrish Body Shop has come through for us many times and now RV Collision and Repair provides the same level of service. I won't let just anyone touch our 40ft RV and when I can, I will always use RV Collision and Paint when I'm in Fredericksburg and not traveling the rest of the United States!

Full disclosure, I cannot report or evaluate this shop for auto/truck repair, only the experience I had with my RV. My short review would be DO NOT go to this shop if you want quality workmanship, punctuality, and to be treated like a human being. I had my RV "repaired" here and had nothing but problems. Every time I would call in, parts were delayed, service was delayed, and the timeline would continue to stretch out. And EVERY TIME, somehow, someway, Milton (owner) would push the problems onto me the customer. I know more about employee vacation schedules, employee weddings, RV supply chain issues, etc. than I want to. Milton will talk a great game when you walk in and get an estimate, then as you get into the process you will learn very quickly that you are no longer his first priority nor his "equal." When I asked questions, it was returned with excuses and/or defensiveness. When I showed up to inspect my RV, I was not happy with the work, the reply was this is "industry standard," clear coat drips, molding that didn't line up and was not flush, and they didn't clean up where the new parts were installed and just painted over it. Don't be fooled, go somewhere else.

It's hard to describe my disappointment when my motorhome suffered some body damage. What a joy to connect with RV Repair Collision & Paint (Milton Parrish/Parrish Auto Body) who returned it to "good as new" condition. As a long-time RV owner, Milton fully appreciates the connection his customers have with their RV's. His staff (Scott performed my repair) is courteous, competent and professional. Milton provided regular progress updates, which was greatly appreciated and the job was completed on time. Although I hope to never need Milton's services again, I know that if I ever do, I can count on a great outcome.
