Quoted online and called to book an appointment. Their website automatically picks the cheapest windshield based on year, make and model. When you call, they ask for more specific information to make sure that the windshield is correct for your vehicle and to provide a final quote before booking your appointment. I was able to utilize the mobile service and my AAA discount. Alyson, at the appointment call center was very helpful in making sure my appointment time would work for school drop off and pick ups. This was such a big deal to me! Eunice, at the Ontario location, was especially patient, friendly and helpful sorting out some confusion over lane departure feature. She was beyond professional! Luis, the technician who installed my new windshield, was so efficient and friendly. He took the time to answer all my questions. Thank you to Alyson, Eunice and Luis! I was having a bad experience with Safelite, and a I needed a replacement windshield. All Star Glass (All Glass) was more than ready to help. Excellent customer service, and the windshield they provided was of a much higher quality than the one Safelight had installed the previous year. The clarity and tint strip/frit was far superior to the Safelite product. I highly recommend them if you need auto glass service.

I had my windshield recently replaced. I called several big-name windshield installation companies, (as seem on TV) but they would not come to my house as they advertised, and they had concerns about getting the right glass for my car. All Star Glass, (an AutoGlassNow company) of Ontario quickly found the right windshield and sent Andrew to my house to do the install. He did an excellent job and made the necessary calibrations. I was very pleased with the total cost. They beat the dealers cost by a factor of 3. If the need ever arises, I will call Auto Glass first.

Customer service was great. Decided to go with the non-name brand windshield and saved at least $500. Don’t need a Toyota branded windshield. A generic one would work just fine. Greeted upon walking in the door. Wasted no time getting started. Gave an accurate timeframe of completion of the job. Provided the accurate amount for the service. Took care of my car while in their possession. Lobby was clean and odor free. Offered complimentary coffee. Not much space for a lot of people. Access to a plug for my phone. No wifi access though. Had a TV for entertainment while I waited. Returned my car within the estimated timeframe. Answered any questions I had when they returned my car. Provided instructions moving forward and additional information for any possible issues down the line.
