They saved me 500 dollars. I got a quote from safelite and it was for 1300 plus. Came to auto glass now and they got me in right away and saved me a bundle. Sure it took longer than expected while waiting but that’s because they were thorough and slammed with customers. Thanks I will be back when I need new glass!

Excellent work, short waiting time. Highly skilled technicians. I took my car to a well known glass repair shop, after waiting two and a half hours, I was told by a manager that they were unable to replace my front windshield. I took the vehicle a BMW 5 series to Auto glass now on Montgomery St. got there 7:45, they open at 0:800, my car was the third vehicle in and it was completed at 0:900 hours. My wife and are very pleased with their service and price which was $120 cheaper than S…T.

The 14th of October 2025 I got my windshield done here. It was 1st come, 1st served and I waited for less than 3 hours for my windshield to be completed.This is my 2nd windshield from Auto Glass Now and with this 2nd comes a lifetime warranty which is GREAT FOR ME! The front desk was extremely unprofessional and rude just when asking questions about the warranty. She acted as if she did not wanna work there. However, the technician who did my windshield replacement was extremely helpful and timely at the end of the service when I asked for paperwork, just confirming what they did. The other Front Desk staff was also extremely unprofessional and rude just when asking to print out a paper.

Great customer service. Was greeted at the door, got instructions on where to leave my vehicle. Then went over what I needed done to be sure. LESS than an hour later, it was done! Windshield was spotless & no random pieces of glass or compound anywhere. Great experience.

they shattered my wiper cowl panel and scratched the inside of my new windshield by the mirror. i informed the front desk of this and they won't pay for the $100 cowl i now have to buy and replace myself. also they did not call me to say that my glass was delayed by a day, so i had to arrange transportation to their shop twice. very unprofessional, but you get what you pay for i guess.

Not great. Delayed installation date and increased the estimate. Window trim was installed incorrectly and blew off while driving. Trim was reinstalled same day it fell off, but still doesn’t look stock. Fit and finish is not correct. I’m concerned it’s going to cause additional problems long term. I’m disappointed.

Could be more pleased. A flying rock shattered my GMC sierra's passenger window. I called on a Sunday and Yvonne helped me set up an emergency appointment for Monday. This was huge because we were on a road trip. She ordered the glass for me on a Sunday. I showed up and everything was perfect. Had me out in a few hours and the best part it was only $360. Safelight was quoting $530 and a 10 day wait. Strongest recommendation. .

Did a great job replacing my windshield. The only problem I have, is they need to come up with a better system than first come first serve. Even when you make appointment they need to stand by the appointment time. You will be there all day long with first come first serve. I receive a great price on the windshield, but it’s just a long wait.

We took in my newer Ford Bronco to get a window replaced. When we called they said it would be 25 minutes to fix the window. When we showed up we sat and waited for 3 hours before they started my car, and was skipped in line numerous times. When they started my car, they spent 20 minutes on my car before I heard a loud shatter. 10 minutes later they decided to come and let me know that they shattered my glass and I would have to come back at the end of the week. They put on “crash wrap” that was supposed to last until then, and fell off 5 minutes after driving. It was when I pulled over to fix the crash wrap that I had noticed large chunks of glass on the roof of my car. We returned later that week to get the glass repaired again, where I was promised I would be moved to the front of the line. I waited for 2 hours before they started working on my car. They spent 45 minutes back there when the quoted 25 minutes for the job. When we got my car back we noticed a number of issues with the vehicle that were not there before we brought it into the shop. - damaged paint, scratched, chips, scuffs - chip in another window -damaged step -damage to interior plastic panel (from tech not know how to disassemble door properly) And window was installed improperly, there for would not seal, leaked and extra wind noise. We brought the vehicle back to the shop immediately after for them to inspect the damages where they refused all liability and said it was like that before. We called later to ask again what they would do to repair damages, where I got hung up on by Emily the store manager. I called corporate approximately 5 times and was supposed to hear from the district manager Misty. When she finally decided to call me she again denied all liability and acted as though she was there for the incident. They refused to pay for any repairs of any kind and the only kind of refund offered was a repo of the window. By far the worst experience I have ever had with a vehicle repair shop. If you like to keep your vehicle nice you would be better off ordering the glass and doing it at home with some you tube training. 0/5 stars.

The technician contacted me and was able to come out earlier than expected. He was very professional and was great answering all my questions about the process. Did a wonderful job with installation and post install calibration of the lane assist/adaptive cruise. I've driven my car on the highway several times since and had no issues.

Arrived at 7:50 am first car/ person there for 8:00 appointment. Office Employee arrives at 8:00am 2 people went inside behind her before myself. I let the young lady know I was in fact on site first. This location is first come first serve. My window was there but it was scratched I was told a new one would arrive at 9:30 it came at 10:45. I chose to wait because the scratched one would not be covered under warranty and the guy showed me scratch said with would be drivers eye level. When it arrived they skipped over me and completed ALL others cars and got me LAST. A new set of people had began to come in. Upon entering I read the paragraph about not hassling them and I sat patiently the entire time talking with others, doing work, and catching up on shows. I sat till 1pm. That’s right 7:50am to 1pm. I sat through smoke break lunch break snack break and soda breaks. My point is if you don’t have patience don’t go here. Service employees are nice and everyone is in motion; desk staff have resting face and no customer service skills at the end of service I was told to read the back of my receipt 2 when I asked what the warranty covers. I’ve used this place in the past but it’ll have to be an emergency before I go again. The windshield is clear though

I had a pretty rocky start with Auto Glass Now. I initially scheduled an 8am appointment on a Tuesday. Due to Memorial Day Weekend, the glass shipment was delayed so I had to come back at 1pm. After dropping my car off I called to check-in on the status at around 4:30pm. Unfortunately, the glass that was delivered was broken and unusable. The receptionist, Emily, was so sweet and apologetic despite my less than stellar attitude at the time. She assured me a new glass had been ordered and that they would have my vehicle ready by 9am the next morning. The other receptionist, Deshauna, was SUCH a sweetheart and very caring. She gave me a discount for the inconvenience and was also very helpful during this experience. The ladies at the front definitely made up for the broken glass and delays. And sure enough, my vehicle was ready this morning at 9am and the new windshield looks fantastic! Thank you Auto Glass Now!

When I first contacted this business they acted like they could get me taken care of and get me the windshield that I wanted and get me in Before Safelite appointment. So I decided to cancel my Safelite appt and the woman told me she would call me back which she never did I had to call her to make sure they had my windshield, then she tried to put me off a day when I told her that I needed to have it done on the day she said she said OK bring it in. Which I did and a four hour wait, only to have one of the corner plastic pieces be bent and not fit tight. When I pointed this out they said that it was my responsibility that maybe the sun will take care of it. It’s not an expensive part but it’s the principle of the thing they don’t stand behind their work, they have A disorganized system dirty shop, I would not recommend

Install was fine but very disappointed in wait time and customer service. I was told that an appointment couldn't be made and it was a first come first serve basis. I dropped my car off at 9am and was told it would be a few hours. I called at 230 and they said my car was in the bay and would be done in 45 mins-1 HR. I arrived 1hr 20mins later and my car was still in the garage. I patiently waited for another hour then asked the female behind the counter how much longer and she said "I don't know, we say a minimum of 2hrs once in the bay." I told her I dropped my car off at 9am and when I called I was told it would be 45-1hr. She stated, "we don't say that." I became very frustrated and told her that I don't take kindly to being told I'm lying or making up a statement and she can take that up with her employee. My car was not finished until closing at 6pm and when I got in it, it wreaked of cigarettes which made sense bc workers were constantly puffing on them in the garage. My dash and handles are also very dirty and weren't cleaned or wiped. I will not use this company in the future and would not recommend due to poor customer service and an absurd wait time.

The windshield replacement was fine. No issues and the tech was extremely polite and quick! However, I originally scheduled on the website for Auto Glass Now and was offered the option of a morning or afternoon appointment. I chose morning as I had something to do that afternoon. I waited the morning of the install and didn’t hear from the tech so I called the Auto Glass Now 800 number to see what the hold up was - this was at 11:30. I was told after being put on hold that the representation had called the local shop and the tech was headed my way. Almost 2 hours later and well after noon the tech called and was a good 45 minutes from me. I asked the tech once he was down with my install why I was offered a morning appointment and they didn’t adhere to that’. He told me the local shops do not offer appointments a that the corporate office knows that and they don’t know why they offer time slots. That is an issue! Needs to be fixed!
