This Guy has charged me $85 twice for "diagnosing" the car, telling me it would go towards the total and then going back on it. First time he charged me that fee he said the car needed a new engine. He wanted to replace it without further diagnosing it and asked for 3000. I backed out and ended up taking it somewhere else and fixing the engine for 600 bucks. This Friday my car battery died and I had the tow truck take it to him because he was close and because I thought I knew him.. Don't know what I was thinking. He had the car all day and at 4:30 I called him to inquire on it. He said he is just now about to get to it. He called back right back and said he couldn't diagnose it because the battery couldn't hold a charge. He said it's $135 for a new battery. I said no, can't you use a spare? He insisted he couldn't, made me get one for $105 so he could "diagnose" it. I said fine. He called minutes later to say it's all good, it was just a dead battery. He Wanted $200 bucks! I was outraged! When I got there he said he's been diagnosing the car for an hour using an external charge, that's why it's 200. SO HE LIED!! Finally as upset as I was I paid and was ready to leave. Then he mentions the engine is making a noise, thought you had fixed it, he said. I turn on the car and it was making a noise that was NOT there the day before. I had him check the oil on the spot and he says it's EMPTY. If he didn't do it on purpose, shouldn't he have checked it when he 'diagnosed' the car? especially when he heard the noise? I drove my car home and I will take it to my mechanic tomorrow to see what is going on with engine. Should have towed it there from the start, that was my only mistake. THIS GUY IS SHADY, GO ELSEWHERE!! -Roger

Awesome service, they fixed my tire instead of having me buy a new one. Also bought two tires from them when originally I was going to buy four but they let me know I only needed the two for now. Definitely will be coming back when I do need the other two!!

They haven't fixed my evap yet but he spent 4 hours looking for it before he found the leak. I will go back next week for the repairs. I can tell this is a good garage. Noe is the best. You have a new permanent customer.

Brother I can’t thank you enough , great job!! I called amr a half an hour before opening to leave a message, the owner answered the phone, gave me an appointment for an hour later. They called 3 hours to say the car was done. Price was fair, the work was great ( I’m a former mechanic) and he even pointed out an issue with the lower control arm that I knew about and gave me price which was more than fair. I’m taking my ford van in to him for a front end rebuild....thanks again😃

We were heading to La Jolla on a road trip from Vegas when our van broke down on a Saturday afternoon. I googled a nearby mechanic to tow my van to and picked Noe's because it was still open and had good reviews. I'm so glad I did! They were so friendly on the phone and were totally understanding about my need to get back on the road as soon as possible. They even tried to help me find a rental car in the area! They communicated repair updates through text and phone calls and even had my van fixed and ready to go earlier than expected. Wonderful experience overall and would highly recommend!

Staff was very friendly and very helpful. After diagnosing my car and not finding any major issues, they didn't even charge me for the work. Afterwards I received an 8 dollar discount on my oil change. This isn't the kind of place that's going to try to rip you off. All this being said, the feeling I got from my experience here was overwhelmingly positive and I believe this is a place you can trust with your car without a doubt!

I came here for the brake job groupon because my brakes were squealing like crazy. I figured it was time to get them replaced, not knowing any better. These guys sent me photos before doing the work showing me that I had a lot of brake left on both pads. They easily could have replaced the brakes without me knowing and charged me, but didn't. This is a truly classy place, above and beyond what you might expect from an auto repair place. Despite living 30 minutes away, I will continue to do business with them.

The tire place here (Tires R Us) is great! I was told by my tow guy that my tire couldn’t be repaired and that I need to replace my spare tire as well. When I came in, Jaime told me that the spare was fine for awhile longer and the tire could be repaired($18!). It’s nice to know that I didn’t have to buy 2 tires so I really appreciate the honesty. Jaime is cheerful and easy to talk to so I wish we got our tires repaired more often! Thank you!
