After inspection , bring my old Hyundai 2009 to Auto repair express for a much needed services : 2 new tires , alignment , axle replacement ,canister purge/valve replacement , hub bearing replacement ,transmission oil change and battery charging. Thanks to Hector , everything has been done in timely manner and the car is now in a very good driving condition compare to before . Very reliable and serious business .

The customer service I received from this company is unlike any other! Honestly, I didn't believe customer service like this existed. My husband and I planned a road trip with our three toddlers 500 miles from AZ to Disneyland (this was our first family vacation by the way). Although we had the car checked and basic maintenance done about a month before we left, 150 miles into our road trip the a/c stopped blowing cold.. with 6 more hours to go and three littles in the car plus the drive home a week later I was panicking we would need to turn around.. I called multiple places while on the road that were in driving distance of our hotel and found this place. I first spoke to Hector who was AMAZING! After hearing our situation and that we had pre paid experiences in Disneyland on our first two days and would need the car ready 3 days after that he insisted I not stress it and let it ruin our trip. He said, don't miss your experiences with your kids, bring the car Wednesday and I'll make sure it's ready to go by your check out date which was Saturday. My husband and I get the car there 2 days later on Wednesday first thing in the a.m. we asked if they had a shuttle back which they didn't and we would have to wait for a car to come get us while poor grandma is still at the hotel trying to get three toddlers dressed and fed by herself. The owner and Lisa offered to take us back personally so we didn't miss a moment more of our vacation! 2 days later we got a call the car had a cracked a/c compressor and was fixed and ready to go. This was our last day at Disneyland and of course these people were yet again so kind they offered to keep the car for us until the following morning so we didn't have any interruptions on our last day of vacation. I picked the car up Saturday morning, no issues and the a/c is still working great 3 weeks later! Thank you Lisa, Hector, Alfred and Efron. You offer such incredible customer service, my only complaint is that you aren't in Arizona. If only you were close enough to be our regular mechanic! Anaheim residence, don't go a where else, these people are top notch!

I've been meaning to post a review but I've just been so busy with life but this is the real deal stay away from this place they sound cool and the hispanic guy or he'll sweet talk you real nice but they got me for like $1,500 worth of service I didn't even need and I have a lot of proof so be careful man they even messed up my horn and my left front light and still have not repaired it like I said that guy will sweet talk you and tell you what you want to hear trust me when you get that bill just be careful

I usually don't leave reviews but I am pressed to leave one today so other people don't get screwed the way I got screwed by TITO at this place. I took my car to him for a water pump replacement. After they supposedly fix the water pump and I picked up the car from their place I noticed a slight rattling noise which wasn't there before. Didn't think much of it. The rattling noise came and went over time and again didn't think much of it. Just recently my car's check engine light comes back on. I took it to a different shop this time and the guy I took it to asked me straight up, did you have any work done on the car recently. I told him yes I had water pump replaced. He tells me you will need to take it back to that place because they didn't time the belt properly which is whats causing the check engine light as well as the rattling noise to come back on. He continues and explains that apparently this is a very technical job and not everyone can do it because of the tools and expertise that are required to get it done properly, so its best to take it back to whoever worked on it before so they can time the belt. I go back to this shop and meet TITO again and tell him whats going on. He starts taking me in circles and I could right away tell that he was not looking to take any responsibility. I explained to him that the timing belt was supposed to be put back properly that is the part of the job right? to which he agreed but then again tries takes me circles about how the tension in the chain can do this and do that. So I finally asked him what was he trying to say. He goes it will cost me another $1,700 to fix time the belt properly. I told him but this was supposed to be done right the first time. Mind you I already paid them $1,743 to change the water pump. What an absolute sham of a place. I have always knows of the mechanics who fix one thing and screw something else up because at the end of the day they can just charge customers more. This is text book that. So disappointed and pissed that I went to this place. I would never go to this place again, and I felt obligated to leave this review for anyone else who is thinking about going here so it can save them time and headache...if I could give this place less than 1 rating I would do that. I bet all the 30 reviews this business has are fake. Save yourself time and money and think twice before taking your vehicle here.

Tito is an honest and friendly great guy. I have had my car and my daughters car worked on. The price quotes are reasonable. He also always lets you know if you need anything else and what the cost will be so if you want it fix right then or later on. I would definitely recommend.

I called asked if they could get me in for a oil spoke to Tito he said come right in super fast and friendly he let me know my filters need changed I told him I had my own wasn’t pushy like some other places he also let me know my axels were pushing grease out took pictures to show me super helpful my axels are under warranty so good to know anyway that’s my experience I recommend

A couple of years ago I had bought a new car with a warranty that included Auto Repair Express as a mechanic in my area. I picked them because of location. Not only was I impressed by how they took care of me when I was in a highly stressful situation with my vehicle, they cared for me in a way that’s made me come back again and again for their service. I now call them for every service on my car. Tito has been so informative and so transparent with me about the work that needs to be done and explains it to me throughly, so that I understand what it is I’m doing. I’ve also run into the owner a few times who treated me just as kindly, which isn’t something I’m used to coming across at a repair shop. I highly recommend Tito and Auto Repair Express to anyone looking for an honest, reliable and affordable mechanic. They’re the best!

Repair Express - Anaheim. Tito was incredibly friendly and professional; he took the time to explain exactly what was needed without any pressure. The last 2 times it rained I noticed water inside the back of my car. Right away Tito checked under the spire tire to make water wasn’t inside under the spire tire. It turned out that there was 4 inches of water inside where my tire is. He and Darwing took the time to remove all the water. The fact that Tito cared enough to make sure my car didn’t start smelling inside I decided to leave my car. It turned out that the frame from the top of my door had some cracks. They were able to fix the problem. The final price matched the initial estimate, and the work was completed in a timely manner. I came back a few days later for an oil/filter change. I like the way Tito interacts with the clients, has a very genuine smile and cares about doing a great job with great customer service. Darwing was also very friendly, including the driver Steven that dropped and picked me up. The rest of the crew were also great. It’s hard to find an honest auto shop, but I trust these guys and will definitely be back for future repairs."
