The A/C in my car wasn't working and I brought it in to this shop. Donnie checked it and said it needed a new compressor. I was doubtful because my car is not that old and I took it to another shop. Turned out it was a small leak that could be repaired and just needed more refrigerant gas. This guy either doesn't know what he's doing or he's ripping customers off.

I took in my car because the ac would blow cold air but after a while it would stop. It was diagnosed as a bad compressor. I was quoted at $600.00 for a remanufactured and $900.00 for a new one. I went with the remanufactured because the shop offered the same warranty "1 YEAR OR 12,000 MILES FOR PART AND LABOR." The next day on a trip to Arizona it went out, same symptoms as before. It would blow cold air but would stop if too hot outside. On my return, I took it back to the shop. The Asian man who's always at the front desk, don't know his name, told me that won't have happened if I went with a new one. But he said he "would" change it. Well, I'm pretty sure he did not replace it. First off, they said it would take about two to three hours to change it. However, they were done in 45 minutes. The next day, it goes out again. Same thing, blows cold air but in the afternoon when it's really hot, the compressor just gives out. Don't waste your money with a shop that does not honor their warranty and just gives you the run around.

Horrible service, compressor was broken, then he changed the price on labor when I went back and denied his initial pricing which was SIGNIFICANTLY lower, started yelling too. I don’t recommend him to anyone.

Friendly, professional & fast. I had my 1yr old granddaughter with me. We were both sweating it was so hot. I was originally told it would take 2 hours so we walked across the street to Jack in the Box. My car was ready in ONE Hour! My AC worked better than it did a year ago! Amazing!

Great people! They did a diagnostic test and found the problem within 30 minutes and did a good job for a fair price. Other places try and give you a whole story but they didn’t only what I needed and done. I highly recommend them for all your AC needs.

My car AC was having some issues as it wasn't blowing cold air and so I brought the car into Best Auto Air. I asked the guy to check it out for me and he ended up recharging the Freon in my AC system. My AC was working fine for about a week until I started having problems with it again. I brought my car back to them again after 2 weeks and the lady (who wasn't there last time) said that my condenser was leaking and that I needed a brand new one. She then proceeded to ask why I didn't tell her something was leaking the last time I came here. I told her that I didn't know what was wrong with my AC unit and that was why I brought it to them. She proceeded to tell me that they only charged my AC last time because I had asked them to but in reality, she wasn't even there and I had never said anything of that sort. How was I supposed to know that my condenser was leaking? Isn't it your job to check the whole AC system before you decide what is the best thing to do? After I had complained to her, she continued to call her friend and tried whispering on the phone as if I wasn't sitting right next to her. Extremely unprofessional!! Don't even bother coming here.

I was extremely pleased when I picked up my car from Best Auto Air Conditioning & Heating. I turned on the a/c and I felt like I was sitting in a brand new car. The a/c was super cold! Their prices are fantastic and well worth the drive if you're coming from Vegas. I highly recommend coming here for your car a/c service, repairs, and/or replacement. The guy who helped me was super nice.

I, along with my husband, brought my car in to have the air conditioner repaired. One side only released cold air and the other side (passenger) only released hot air. Best Auto A/H looked at it, quoted a fair price, and ordered the part. Two days later, I received a morning call to let me know I could bring my car back. After taking it in, it took about an hour. I was also very pleased with the customer service. The lady at the counter was very sweet and the man who serviced my car, fixed my problem. Thank you Best Auto A/H. I would recommend this business.

Paid for an A/C Diagnostic, they said i needed a new compressor which would run almost $950 for the repairs. I went to get a 2nd diagnosis somewhere else just to be 100% sure because my car is only a couple years old. they said it was just low on freon, topped it off and it runs perfect. I came back to Best Auto Air to let them know and they offered me a refund for the diagnostic. Since the were willing to refund me, im happy. 5 stars for honest owner. 👍

Do not go here. They are scammers. They lied about the diagnostic fee and quoted $1,300 for a new compressor and sensors. Took it to my local mechanic and he fixed it for $160 ($100 parts and $60 labor) and my ac is running better then ever. Do not trust them. Read the other reviews. Reported them to the BBB and DA. If they have wronged you as well, I urge you to contact the BBB and our District Attorney.

A great place to get your AC service done on Orange County. It is small place with good customer service. Price is reasonable. Replaced compressor for one of my car. Definitely recommend and will come back.
